In this paper,the design of each component of threshing and separating mechanism of combine harvester is carried out and finite element simulation analysis of the designed mechanism.After confirming the rationality of each component designed,the prototype was processed and manufactured and the experimental study is also carried out.After the experiment,the optimal combination of working parameters of combine harvester was obtained.Solved the problems in the production of combine harvesters and make its harvest performance more superior.Firstly,in view of the problems existing in the threshing and separating mechanism of combine harvester in the harvesting process,such as the incoming material of drum feeding is not smooth,easily blocked and the power consumption is large.Demands for threshing performance indicators are higher.A threshing cylinder with a gradually increasing diameter from the front end to the rear end is designed.Newly designed threshing elements.A feeding screw is designed at the feeding end of threshing cylinder.Furthermore,the design of the top cover and the concave screen of the threshing separation device was further optimized.In order to meet the harvesting requirements of different crops and different environments,the threshing cylinder speed infinitely variable speed device,the top cover deflector angle adjusting device and the threshing gap adjusting device are designed.According to the related theory,the dimension parameters of each component are calculated and determined.After determining the structure and corresponding size parameters of the components of the threshing separation device,the three-dimensional software is used to model the components after the design.After preliminary verification of the structure and assembly rationality of its components.The finite element simulation analysis of its static and dynamic performance was carried out.The structural strength and vibration characteristics are checked,and the rationality of the designed structure is verified.Finally,the engineering drawings of the parts were drawn and the prototype was manufactured.After it,the field single factor test and multi-factor orthogonal test were carried out.Through the analysis of the test results,the most important factor affecting the threshing performance of the threshing drum was obtained and find the best parameter combination of work.Finally,the verification experiment is carried out.The experimental results show that the threshing capacity of the optimized threshing and separating mechanism is enhanced.The problem of unsmooth feeding and easy clogging is solved.Moreover,the power consumption of threshing is reduced and the performance is better.It can also meet the harvesting needs of different crops.
