Based on the2745samples of soil and1616samples of tobacco in core tobacco material sites of Hongyun honghe Group, Using simple correlation analysis and canonical correlation analysis, grey correlation analysis analysis method in this paper. and systematically analyzed the soil circumstance of the company’s raw material site and the effect of tobacco chemical composition on tobacco aroma components, which were mainly in4tobacco regions (autonomous prefectures), Kunming, Qujing, Honghe and Baoshan,12counties and84towns. The main conclusions are as follow:In core tobacco material bases of Hongyunhonghe Group in Yunnan, Baoshan ranked the top both on total aroma material content of upper tobacco and middle tobacco, and Qujing was the lowest; aroma component of the upper tobacco was higher than the middle; as the elevation rises, the aroma component of the upper and middle tobacco trends to go up slowly at first and then go down in a certain range; aroma component of the upper tobacco was higher than of the middle. The positive correlation typically existed both in the upper and middle tobacco with aroma component. Besides, the upper and middle tobacco aroma component also was presented positive correlation with the extracts of potassium and petroleum ether; the content excluded neophytadiene was presented positive correlation with the potassium; ketone was presented negative correlation with total sugar, and positive correlation with potassium and petroleum ether; alcohol was presented negative correlation with total sugar, and positive correlation with potassium and petroleum ether; esters was presented positive correlation with potassium; phenols was presented positive correlation with potassium; N-heterocyclic carbenes was presented positive correlation with the extracts of petroleum ether.Canonical correlation analysis of upper tobacco chemical composition and aroma component had proved that as the increase of the tobacco extracts potassium and petroleum ether, and the decrease of tobacco sugar, revertose and chlorine, the total content of aroma component, alcohol, ketone, the content excluded neophytadiene, phenols and N-heterocyclic carbenes trends to increase; as the increase of revertose, starch and potassium, the esters content of tobacco aroma component went up; as the increase of the tobacco extracts potassium and petroleum ether, and the decrease of tobacco sugar and revertose, the total content of esters, phenols, N-heterocyclic carbenes, aroma component and ketone trends to increase; as the increase of nicotine and total nitrogen of middle tobacco, the aroma component and aldehyde content went down. The result of grey correlation degree analysis had proved that the internal chemical composition, the extracts of potassium and petroleum ether, was the most important aspect that impacts on the aroma component of upper and middle tobacco; alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen, organic material and available calcium are the most important soil nutrient index with aroma component of upper and middle tobacco.
