The development of Chinese-style cigarette need leaf tobacco material with Chinese characteristics to support. Along with the reform of national tobacco leaf resources optimization deployment and the promote of feature high-quality tobacco leaves development, develop high quality raw tobacco leaf with local style characteristic is imminent. Yongzhou City located in the south of Hunan, which has the conditions for the product of high-quality tobacco,13 thousand hm2 in cultivation, production 25,000 tons above per year, is the second major tobacco producing areas in Hunan, the production is increasingly favored by enterprises both inside and outside the province.The tobacco chemical components are the main factor which determined the intrinsic quality, but the products quality and style are mainly determinated by composite content of its intrinsic chemical composition. Tobacco composition are restricted by eco-environmental conditions, varieties, production management technology, etc. Besides, the tobacco chemical composition in different producing area formed its own quality characteristics and style.In this paper, through test and analysis the chemical composition of tobacco leaf from different area, the tobacco leaves from Yongzhou major planting county and some other home-abroad were studied in order to research the chemical composition characteristics of tobacco leaf from YongZhou, further to find the difference of flue-cured tobacco between YongZhou and home-abroad. The results are as follows:(1) The flue-cured tobacco in 3 positions of upper, middle and lower leaves from six counties in YongZhou were studied in order to research tobacco chemical component indexes such as total sugars, reducing sugars, total alkaloids, total nitrogen and potassium, chlorine, sugar-nicotine ratio, nitrogen-nicotine ratio and potassium-chloride ratio, etc. And their general status, difference of parts, grown years and counties:①The tobacco leaf in YongZhou area with high total sugar, reducing sugar content and sugar-nicotine ratio, but the total alkaloids,nitrogen content and nitrogen-nicotine ratio are suitable, chloride content is relatively low, potassium content and potassium-chloride ratio are suitable or even relatively high;㏕he flue-cured tobacco chemical compositions had greatly significantly difference between positions in YongZhou;③The flue-cured tobacco chemical compositions had difference, there are differences in the total sugar, reducing sugar, total nitrogen, sugar-nicotine ratio, nitrogen-nicotine ratio of lower leaves between years in YongZhou;④The flue-cured tobacco chemical compositions had little difference between counties in YongZhou.(2)The ArcGIS technology was used to analysis the spatial distribution of different tobacco chemical component indexes in YongZhou planting area. In the region show that the total sugar, reducing sugar,alkaloids and chlorine content and sugar-nicotine ratio declined from east to west; The content of potassium show-descending trend from north to south; Nitrogen-nicotine ratio show decreasing trend from the east, south to west respectively in two directions; Total nitrogen content, potassium-chloride ratio are high low strewn at random,the rule is not obvious.(3) Through the membership function model and index sum method, nine indicators:total sugar, reducing sugar, total alkaloids, total nitrogen, chloride, potassium, sugar-nicotine ratio, nitrogen-nicotine ratio and potassium-chloride ratio were used to analysis and evaluate the flue-cured tobacco samples chemical compositions usability of YongZhou. The flue-cured tobacco chemical compositions usability had little difference between counties in YongZhou. In the region show that the CCUI index has descending trend from west to east.(4)The total sugar, reducing sugar, total alkaloids, total nitrogen, chloride, potassium indexes, etc were used to compare YongZhou with home-abroad in the difference of tobacco chemical composition:①The flue-cured tobacco chemical compositions in YongZhou had big difference from the one in the northwestern hunan, but closer to central Hunan;②The total sugar, reducing sugar content of flue-cured tobacco in YongZhou have little difference from Henan, but the total sugar content is lower to Yunnan and Guizhou, Brazil, Zimbabwe are on the contrary;③he nicotine, total nitrogen and chlorine content in flue-cured tobacco of Yongzhou planting area have little difference from Brazil, Zimbabwe, Sichuan, Guizhou and Henan;④)The potassium content in flue-cured tobacco of Yongzhou planting area has little difference from Brazil and Zimbabwe, but higher than Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan and Henan.(5)The fuzzy analog priority ratio method was used to analyze the flue-cured tobacco chemical composition of YongZhou similar degree with and Ningxiang county, Sangzhi county, Brazil, Zimbabwe, Sichuan, Guizhou, Henan, etc. The most similar one is Ningxiang county, SangZhi county is the worst. In other provinces, the most similar one is Guizhou, and most similar foreign is Zimbabwe.
