Thourgh determinating to each component’s organic carbon content and related indexs of corn farmland ecosystem in Huhhot and Naiman county, study on carbon storage change trend in different periods of corn farmland ecosystem in Huhhot and influence law of conservation tillage to farmland’s carbon storage in Naiman county Research on this article obtains main conclusions as follows:(1) The average carbon content rate of each organs of corn farmland ecosystem in traditional tillage way from the seeding period to mature period in Huhhot is43.3%;Except root, the organic carbon content rate change law of leaf and stem is mature period> seedinng period.(2) The law of soil organic carbon content and carbon storage in Huhhot is that mature period> seeding period> before plowing next year> after plowing. The soil organic carbon content and carbon storage after plowing decreased more significantly than other periods.other periods have no significant difference; The law of total carbon storage and soil carbon storage showed similar changes.(3)In crop’s carbon pattern of view, the law of each corn’s organs carbon storage from Huhhot is that furit> leaf> stem> root.Carbon storage of aerial part is much greater than underground part.Average soil carbon storage in every periods showed decreasing trend with the depth of soil.(4) Conservation tillage in Nanman regioncan effectively improves corn farmland ecosystem carbon storagein seeding period and mature period. The carbon storage under the30cm corn stubble height is most,in sequence of40cm>20cm>10cm.The carbon storage of stubbing before sowing is the largest.(5)ln crop’s vertical carbon pattern of view, the carbon storage of aerial part is more than root’s carbon storage in Naiman County. In soil’s vertical carbon distribution of view. the carbon storage of conservation tillage decreased significantly with the increment of the depth of soillayer. while the regularity of conventional tillage isn’t obvious.
