In order to explore adaptability and disease resistance differences between the New Zealand Imported Jersey cattle and Holstein with Local Holstein, in spring and autumn, blood samples of three kinds of cattle were selected randomly, the use of antibody detection and liquid phase blocking ELISA technologyfoot and mouth disease antibody level testing, randomly selected winter and summer three cattle blood samples by flow cytometry, atomic absorption and fluorescence spectrophotometry, visible spectrophotometry, respectively, three cattle peripheral blood T lymphocytes of CD4+and CD8+expression rate, blood antioxidant indicators of MDA, T-SOD, Cu/Zn-SOD and GSH-Px, T-AOC, serum trace elements of Se,Cu,Zn, Mn system measurement and analysis. The results showed that:The same feeding and management conditions, foot and mouth disease vaccine to protect the highest rate of Local Holstein, followed by the Imported Holstein, introduced by Imported Jersey cattle immune stress was the strongest, the worst of the rate of immune protection, the fall of Imported Jersey cattle immune stress was significantly lower than in spring, while the seasonal effect of Imported and Local Holstein.Winter and summer, the Imported Jersey cattle and the Imported Holstein in peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets CD4+/CDs+were lower than the Local Holstein, but in winter the Imported Jersey cattle and the Imported Holstein CD4+/CD8+was no significant difference The Imported Holstein in summer was significantly higher than the Imported Jersey cattle. The difference was not significant between the winter, the Imported Jersey cattle bovine CD4+was significantly lower than the Imported Holstein and Local Holstein, No significant difference between the Imported Holstein and Local Holstein, three CD8+was no significant difference(P>0.05);summer, CD4+、CD8+and CD4+/CD8+of the Imported Jersey cattle were significantly lower than the Imported Holstein and Local Holstein(P<0.05); the Imported Holstein CD4+、CD8+and CD4+/CD8+significantly lower than that of the Local Holstein(P<0.05). Summer to Imported Jersey cattle CD4+/CD8+was significantly higher than the winter level of CD8+was significantly lower than winter levels; the Imported Holstein, CD4+、 CD4+/CD8+was significantly higher than the winter level of CD8+difference was not significant; Local Holstein, CD4+、CD8+was significantly higher in winter levels, CD4+、CD8+was no significant difference. T cells this result, a positive correlation with the humoral immunity. The Imported Jersey cattle and Holstein Cu,Zn, Mn, T-AOC, T-SOD Cu/Zn-SOD were higher than the Local Holstein, and the Imported Jersey cattle than the Imported Holstein in the summer, the Imported Jersey cattle blood antioxidant indicators and trace element content was significantly higher than the winter level.
