Soilless cultivation techniques is an advanced practical technologies,which developed by taking the use of non-soil material containing nutrient solution as a plant growth substrate, while taking advantage of modern technological equipment and plant nutrition, physiological and biochemical characteristics, substrate cultivation is the main way of soilless culture. The nutrient solution is based on the plant growth demand for nutrients, according to the number and the appropriate proportion, dissolved fertilizer in the water from the preparation of the aqueous solution. Soilless culture, mainly through the nutrient solution to provide nutrients for plantAt home and abroad mainly in accordance with the nutrient solution electrical conductivity (EC value) and the pH to the management of the nutrient solution. But in actual process, due to the absorption of crops lead to the nutrient solution composition out of balance. Ion concentration in the nutrient solution changes over time, resulting in a lack of certain nutrients in the nutrient solution or excess, there is a need for further adjustment. If it able to detect the composition of the nutrient solution, you can achieve nutrient solution’s real-time deployment, waste recycling can be recycled, reduce operational costs and increase economic efficiency.This thesis focuses on the cucumber, tomato, sweet pepper’s nutrient solution and monitoring the EC values and the pH value in matrix recovery fluid, real-time adjustment the nutrient solution concentration, observing the change of test crop’s yields and quality, and to explore the relationship between them.Through the test. I get the following conclusions:According to the change trend of the EC of the nutrient solution, the pH value to adjust the nutrient solution formulations, it can meet the demand of the crop growth period on nutrient elements. This shows that we can detect nutrient solution and recovery liquid’s EC and pH value of nutrient solution for real-time adjustment:when the cucumber into the flourishing time, the nutrient solution increased the proportion of elements of K.When the tomatoes into the flowering and fruiting period, nutrient solution increase the proportion of K elements:the sweet pepper into the flowering and fruiting period, the nutrient solution increase the proportion of Ca and K elements. With the real-time adjustment of the nutrient solution formulations during crop growth period, cucumber, tomato and sweet pepper production has been increased, the defect rate is declining. Qualified products improved. With real-time adjustment of the nutrient solution formulations during crop growth period, the soluble solids content of cucumber, tomato and sweet pepper continuously improve and the quality of the three crops improved.
