The plum seedling by cross breeding need to passed five years juvenile phase can be enter intomature period, during the period much seedling observed in hybrid nursery, because of breeding cycle islong, occupation of land resources is large, so that how to make hybrid seedlings fruit beforehand isdifficulty problem.Through the method of top grafting making the seedlings fruit early2-3yeas, shorten the breedingcycle, Because of the different of in plum result tree content endogenous hormone species and seedlingjuvenile phase, result tree hormone transport to top grafting seedling by top grafting and promote fruitearly. But the method can not use all of seedlings affected by grafting survival rate, the member ofrootstock seedling and so on.The purpose of this study is that the plum flower buds and leaf buds of juvenile period ofendogenous hormone type and content were measured by comparative analysis, to explore the inherentimpact factors of plum seedlings from the result of the juvenile period to explore different hormones inthe physiological development process the role to exogenous hormones to promote plum seedlings earlyresults, shorten the cycle of plum crossbreeding.The aim of study is to determinate of content and plant endogenous hormone species of the plumflower bud and leaf bud at juvenile phase by liquid chromatography, study on the inner influencingfactors about the plum form endogenous hormone enter into the frutescence, by compared with study onthe effect of different hormone during process of developmental physiology and using exogenoushormone to promote fruit early, shorten the cycle of plum crossing breeding.the results showed that the flower bud, leaf bud “Suili3”containing GA、IAA、ABA and ZT. Therewas a positive correlation with the mother liquor samples of linear correlation, therefore the results isreliable what determination of hormone by Gas Chromatography.The second, the content of GA3、ABA、IAA and ZT showed regularity distribution trend with plantdevelopment of flower bud and leaf bud. But probably because the different degree of buddifferentiation and showed different from each other. The results showed the content of gibberellins isrelatively higher than several other hormones, Especially the value of GA3/ZT is high, GA3content isgradually reduced during the flower bud dormancy stage to flowering stage, while the content of the ZTrelatively increased, There was obviously negative correlation between GA3and ZT. this is proved theopinion of the higher ratio GA3/ZT is not conducive to the flower bud distribution. This high ratio inleaf bud just to maintain the relative stability of leaf bud, to maintain the current state of the plum leafbud is no differentiation.The third, According to the different leaf positions hormone. the value of GA/ZT is remarkablydecreased in the upper of the eight leaves and under, the upper of the eight leaves GA/ZT value is still significantly higher than the under. Theunder of eight leaves is no differentiation, but the upper of eight leaves has differentiation, the resultsverify that the high GA/ZT value is go against the formation of flower buds.The upper of8leaves IAA and ZT is significantly higher than the under, ABA is significantly low,the affecting factors of flower bud differentiation not only the value of GA/ZT but also related withthe content of IAA and ZT.The fourth, from the Period of dormancy of plum to the flowering period, the ratio of4specieshormones is relative stability, perhaps only to maintain various buds relative stability.when new shootbegin to grow, from the beginning of the end of June, the ratio of the hormone begin to change,especially GA/ZT is significantly decreased, In this respect also reflects the plum buds begin todifferentiation period and the flower buds begin to differentiate.The ratio of ABA/GA3、GA3/ZT、IAA/GA3、IAA/ZT changes is not large in the Period ofdormancy, but Close to the period of sprout differentiation unanimously showed an upward trend, andduring this period appears an obvious peak. Obviously reaction was trend of the hormone balance in thebud differentiation process. The study results clearly show the flower bud differentiation is directlyrelated to the values of the size of the GA/ZT values, and also the content of other hormone changes isinseparable.
