As China’s economic construction continues to move forward, water conservancy cause has made great achievements, but at the same time, we must soberly realize that the farmland water conservancy construction lagging has seriously affected the stable development of agriculture and food security of the country. The2011No.1document of the Central Committee has pointed out clearly "strengthen the construction of irrigation district end-canals and the field engineering facilities, promote the construction of high standard farmland that ensuring stable yields despite drought or excessive rain".The field supporting buildings as one of the main components of farmland water conservancy construction, its design and construction quality directly affect the farmland water conservancy project construction and application effect. At present, pump rooms in the small electro-mechanical irrigation districts are commonly brick-concrete structure, with a larger occupation area, structure types being all kinds, a longer construction time and being not easy to ensure quality, and it has been hard to meet the needs of the modern agricultural development and management; while it took more fabricated field supporting buildings in the past, and all kinds of buildings were assembled separately, without considering the relationships among the different building structures, the shape was more complicated, prefabrication and construction was inconvenient; and in the same small electro-mechanical irrigation districts, the field supporting buildings appeared the problems that lacking of norms, without unified standard, poor quality of construction, poor management, etc.Therefore, to study and improve the field supporting buildings to adapt to the development of modern agriculture and the development requirements of high standard farmland has been imminent. This paper mainly studies the following three aspects:(1) Study the integrated machine pump cabinet. Divided into two forms that small vertical axial (mixed) flow pump pumping station and small horizontal mixed flow pump pumping station machine cabinet pump room. Determine the specifications and models of machine pump and motor by different irrigation areas and designed heads; and then determine the sizes for various types of machine pump cabinet by the specifications and models of machine pump and motor; make estimation and quota for different types of machine pump within ten thousand acres.(2) Study the block type buildings in the field. According to the features of field buildings, study six different forms of components that the floor, wing wall, gate box, gate, culvert and elbow, and then respectively make a combination into small channel premiere sluice, drainage ditch sluice, channel regulation gate, culvert gate, inverted siphon, such as various types of field buildings; analyze the block type building material and make a stability analysis on the two typical combination buildings that inverted siphon and regulation gate. According to the characteristic of the block type buildings structure being general, this paper first takes the culvert head as an example, and uses three dimensional limited unit software Marc for structure analysis to guarantee the field buildings quality and using reliability; the field buildings in small electro-mechanical irrigation districts take the implementation of standardization and structure generation to overcome the shortcomings existing in the reality transportation, planning and using of the current fabricated-type field buildings, considering the design stereotypes for all kinds of block type field buildings specifications in various factors and different irrigation district areas (Less than2,500acres);(3) Develop the field supporting buildings inquiry system. For the development of the field supporting buildings inquiry system, this system uses the Visual FoxPro7.0as a system development platform, takes object-oriented development methods, and achieves cross-platform integration of multiple softwares.
