Sclerotinia sclerotiorum which parasites oil crops and cruciferae belongs toascomycetes. It could do a great harm to our conutry gain production when it wasinvaded into the host.The prevention against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum was alwaysthrough agricultural and chemical measures since long before, but the effect ofprevention was not good. Application of chemical pesticides brought entironmentpollution. Biological control by natural antagonistic organisms is a potential measureagainst plant diseases. Therebefore, the main of sudy was to get antagonistic bacteriasisolated from soil and carried on preliminary research.177bacteria strains were isolated from Jingyu county and Changbai Mountain.32antagonistic bacteria against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Rhizoctonia solani,Setosphaeria turcica, Cercospora zeaemaydis, Pyricularia oryzae, Fusariumoxysporum, Cylindrocarpon destructans, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides wereselected by using confrontation culture method. The strain was further rescreened byusing filter paper method and the fermentation and thallus were extracted respectivelyby ethyl acetate and methanol. From them strain64possessed prominent bioactivityand were this studied. Through morphological, cultural physiological,and submittingthe16S rDNA sequences comparing with the published16S rDNA sequences of therelated bacteria species in Genbank,64was preliminarily identified as Pseudomonasfluorescens.
