United States DuPont Pioneer Company, Monsanto Company, Germany KWS,Syngenta and other multinational companies, have been used DH lines in maize breeding, more than5,000worthy inbred lines is provided every year.This article is divided into three parts (1) used modified inducer (JS6-11,JS6-16,JS6-18,JS6-22,JS6-23,JS6-26) on the same blood induced by hybrids F1generation, analysis of the induction rate is selected induction induced by high rates of system.(2) using three kinds of herbicide to doubled haploid, through seed soaking method, by Bud immersed, immersed by the root, to colchicine treatment for control, choose optimum method and herbicide double concentration.(3) haploid double Hou strains of is DH of, elected4a female and6a male inbred lines constitute NCII design, in60,000/hm2,75,000/hm2,9million/hm2three a density Xia by hybrid advantage, combining ability, genetic force, area research to elected more fine of inbred lines, by single strains yield and Zheng single958and first jade335of comparison to description DH of has yield potential.The main rsults were sununarized as follow:1.The induction rate of the improved induced lines by improved showed that:compared with the time of filament length less than4cm,when the filament length more than7cm pollinated,the average induction rate is higher. When the filament length less than4cm,the induction rate of JS6-22is highest,and the number is7.9%. When the filament length≥7cm, the induction rate of JS6-22is highest,and the number is21.2%.2.Study on two kinds of anti-micro-tube herbicide (Trifluralin and Pronamide) and colchicine treat the haploid in different parts with different concentration.It is indicated that using Trifluralin treat the seed in the concentration of80umol/L processing20hours,the doubling rate is highest(35.7%); using Pronamide treat the bud in the concentration of60umol/L processing24hours,the doubling rate is highest(24.8%); using Trifluralin treat the root in the concentration of40umol/L processing15hours,the doubling rate is highest(16.8%).So the Trifluralin is better than others in doubling haploid through this research.3.Genetic analysis of DH lines:(1) the heterosis value of the yield per plant in3densities are136.8%,103.2%and72.8%, variation coefficient are16.4%,20.1%and25.8%. The data is indicated the yield per plant decreased whith the density increased, however, the coefficient of variation changed little in different densities. This trend is also performance in other agronomic traits, so DH lines are good lines,can be used to produced good hybrid cultivar.(2)Analysis of the combining ability indicated,the GCA effects of DH lines is different in different densities,The TCA effects of the same DH line is different in different densities too.The GCA effect of DH line J7is higher in3dierent densities(4.21,5.60and28.27).The analysis of TCA effect indicaed the J7ptoduced the hybrid combinations have high yield poteneial,such as PH6WCxJ7,GJ4xJ7.(3) Results of genetic analysis showed that plant height can be selected in early-generation. While other characters such as ear length, ear diameter can be not selected in early generation. The variance estimates of GCA effect of these characters (Plant height, ear height, ear length, grain weight, row numbers of the ear, hundred grain weight) greater than SCA effect, so the heredity of these characters are controlled by the additive effect, The variance estimate of GCA effect of ear diameter is smaller than the SCA effect estimate,so the heredity of this controlled by the epistatic effect. |
