In this paper,three important aspects of maize haploid technology were studied,followed by the genetic characteristics of the induced lines,the chemical doubling of haploid,and the combining ability of DH lines.First,To RWS / Stock6 self-generation and BC1?BC2 were used as the basic materials,and the two markers of Navajo and ABPI were selected in their offspring separation.(S2),panicle line(S3)and pedigree(S4)were selected by pedigree method,and the genetic characteristics of haploid induced traits were analyzed.In the case of concentration of 40,60 and 80 ?molL-1,the effects of penoxsulam and quinclorac,bispyribac-sodium,The doubling efficiency of the haploid kernel of the three white waxy genotype waxy maize including Jingkenuo2000 ? Zhongnuo2 ? Jixiangnuo87(double by immersing bud),select a more effective doubling agent.Finally,five female waxy inbred lines in the northeastern region were selected,and six waxy maize DH lines were used as male parent.Make up 30(5 × 6)hybridized combination by Incomplete diallel,and set three density gradient for researching the genetic stability and combining ability of yield per plant of waxy maize DH lines.the test results including three aspects are as follows:1.The conclusion of the genetic characteristics of maize haploid inducing lines is that the traits of maize haploid induction have high heritability.Selection From high induction levels of material at early generation,because of the high starting point,super-type can be isolated from the induction of traits.It is also can be selected from the materials with the middle induction rate,but it is not prominent.The selection from the materials with low induction rate of early generation,and the descendants of the offspring are almost unable to separate the higher type2.The results of the doubling of the effect of the new herbicide on the maize haploid were as follows: the three kinds of doubling agents of 40-80?molL-1 had the effect on the doubling of waxy maize haploid.The doubling rates of penoxsulam and quinclorac acid,bispyribac-sodium were 3.46% ~ 10.17%,6.49% ~ 14.87% and 2.98% ~ 10.05% respectively.The doubling efficiency of quinclorac acid with 80?molL-1 was the highest The average doubling rate of the three kinds of waxy maize haploid was 13.23%,14.63% and 14.87% respectively.The variance analysis showed that the doubling rate of the three haploid maize haploid species was significantly different.This showed that penoxsulam and quinclorac,bispyribac-sodium could improve the doubling efficiency of waxy maize haploid,However,the susceptibility of waxy maize haploid with different genotypes was different.3.The results of Maize DH lines system stability and combining ability analysis showed that the yield per plant was the highest under the condition of 6.0 × 104 · hm-2,the lowest was 9.0 × 104 · hm-2,and The three combinations with the highest yield per plant at each density conditions were Jingnuo 6 × ZD14,LZ103 × ZD41 and Jingnuo 6 × ZD41.The combination of Jingnuo 6 × ZD14 and LZ103 × ZD41 was in the range of 6.0 × 104 · hm-2 have the highest yield per plant.And combination of JN6×ZD41 has no significant difference in three kinds of density condition.The results showed that the GCA effect of DHD ZD10,ZD30 and ZD47 was positive at 6.0 × 104 · hm-2,7.5 × 104 · hm-2 and 9.0 × 104 ·hm-2,ZD14,ZD14,ZD41 had a large fluctuation of GCA effect value at three densities,and were sensitive to density selection pressure.
