Zinc (Zn) is an essential trace element in the growth process of the plants and animals.the phenomenon that zinc deficiency in soil and crops lead to crop yields descending and quality reducing is very common worldwide.The lack of zinc in the soil has become crop growth limiting nutrient factor.impact on crop yield and quality seriously.This paper research on corn grew in sand land,use test methods by Zinc in the corn soil application and foliar spraying,do the four soil applied zinc level.respectively0,15,30,45kg/haZnSO4·7H2O,written for S0,S15,S30,S45.The concentrations of two foliar spray were not sprayed and sprayed ZnSO4·7H2O,written for F0and F.Analysis the impact of soil application and foliar application of zinc fertilizer on corn plant growth and corn production,and the impact of distribution of Zn in maize grain.And analysis the antagonism of P and Zn by soil culture method.Test analysis results are as follows:1.In six leaf stagc,bell stage.the silking late filling and maturity,soil application of Zn content in the zinc content of maize plants.with the zinc concentration increasing both showed an incremental trend.Each period S0F0dealing with the Zn content is the lowest,respectively18.50/kg,11.90mg/kg.7.40mg/kg,6.70mg, kg.6.10mg/kg.S45F0dealing with the Zn content is the highest.respectively101.60mg/kg,42.50mg/kg,28.10mg/kg,21.70mg/kg,20.30mg/kg.2.Learned by the yield monitor data,the production of all treatments increased with the amount of soil application of zinc fertilizer.S0F is7100kg,S15F is7494kg,S30F is7565kg,S45F is7697kg.3.Zn in the corn seed coat at grain filling stage.in the different amounts of soil application of zinc fertilizer conditions,foliage not sprayed Zinc process in S30F0is the highest one,is35.42mg/kg,S0F0is the lowest one,is28.40mg/kg.In process of foliar application of zinc fertilizer.S15F is the highest one.is32.29mg/kg,S0F is the lowest one,is29.47mg/kg.Under the conditions of the same amount of zinc fertilizer in soil application,compared with foliar spraying and not spraying,S0F>S0F0,S15F>S15F0, S30F<S30F0.At maturity in different amounts of soil application of zinc fertilizer conditions in process of foliage not spraying Zinc,S15F0is the highest one,is9.94mg/kg.S45F0) is the lowest onejs6.60mg/kg.In progress of foliage spraying Zinc,SOF is the highest one.is15.16mg/kg.S3OF is the lowest onejs12.22mg/kg.Under the condition of the same amount of zinc fertilizer in soil application,compared with foliar spraying and not spraying.S0F>S0F0. Under the condition of different amount of zinc fertilizer in soil application,Zn content increased with zinc fertilizer in soil application.In grain filling stage,in progress of foliar not spraying zinc fertilizer,S45F0is the highest,respectively65.16mg/kg、7.24mg/kg、6.28mg/kg,SOFO is the lowest,respectively52.30mg/kg、2.00mg/kg、3.55mg/kg.In progress of foliar spraying zinc fertilizer,SOFO is the highest,respectively73.20mg/kg、13.82mg/kg、8.17mg/kg,SOF is the lowest,respectively59.62mg/kg、3.81mg/kg、4.53mg/kg.In maturity stage,in progress of foliar not spraying zinc fertilizer,S45FO is the highest,respectively73.53mg/kg、8.32mg/kg、5.78mg/kg,SOFO is the lowest,respectively61.51mg/kg、2.28mg/kg、2.78mg/kg.ln the progress of foliar spraying zinc fertilizer,S30F is the highest.respectively84.96mg/kg、15.87mg/kg、9.96mg/kg,SOF is the lowest.respectively63.46mg/kg、7.01mg/kg、2.91mg/kg.5.The content of effective zinc in the soil,with the increase of application of phosphate content gradually decreased.with increasing the number of days gradually reduced.
