In2008, the area in southern of China suffered a rare long snow and ice storms weather. Jiangxi province is one of the hardest hit areas, and where the moso bamboo forests was pressure damage seriously by the ice. A large number of moso bamboo break, rupture or turning the roots, causes a huge losses to the forest ecosystem, and also cause huge economic losses to the bamboo farmers. At the same time, the production capacity of bamboo and bamboo shoots down dramatically for the bamboo forest after the disaster, lead to the related industry factories raw material shortage even stop production, and serious impact on the sustainable development of bamboo industry in our province.According to the production practice, we choose the bamboo forests which affceted by the iec-snow disaster in jiangxi as the research object, investigation and analysis the affceted degree of bamboo forests in jiangxi province, and division the damage degree of bamboo, and then study the impact of ice and snow disaster on moso bamboo forest productivity in Jiangxi, and evaluate the influence of implement different operation of cultivation measures to the affected forest, the results shows that:1.The affected area large, and the situation of the disaster widespread seriously.2. The affected bamboo forest production capacit falled dramatically in whole province.3. Appropriate technology measures can effectively enhance the bamboo production capacity, especially the production capacity of recent freeze disaster, the more serious for the affected areas, enhance more obvious. The technical measures, young bamboo cavity injection fertilization technology most can improve the production of bamboo forest, effectively promote bamboo after a disaster recovery.(1) Young bamboo cavity injection fertilization is a much more effective measures, which not only can improve the production of bamboo forest, but also the fertilizer cost is lower compared with other fertilization combination (about45yuan/mu).
