LWSG-8-3.0Type Multi-span Greenhouse Design And Experimental Study

Multi-span greenhouse is the trend that is in keeping with modern greenhouse development, with the advantages of less dosage, light weight, long usage, low cost, while it also has light transmittance, strong environmental regulation ability, high utilization ratio of the land, great facility space for mechanized operation.This thesis focuses on the structure, ventilation system, wet curtain cooling fan system, irrigation system, curtain system of LWSG-8-3.0multi-span plastic greenhouse to design and study, for designing a new LWSG-8-3.0type multi-span plastic greenhouse equipment.The whole design is selected the optimal design scheme by the analysis of the load, to complete assembly structure design and main parameters, the ventilation and cooling system design to calculate ventilation rate and determine the natural ventilation area and the number of fans, the irrigation system design on the basis of the local climate, greenhouse area, selection of micro sprayer, pipeline layout and selection of water pump. The curtain system design in the light of selection of main components of product specifications to determine the parameters of curtain machine, After the completion of the trial, we install the equipment and test in Ji’an Forest Department for the whole machine structure detection, then the detection structure show the strength in accordance with design requirements. After the performance testing and analysis the experimental data of this system, the results can meet the design requirements.LWSG-8-3.0multi-span plastic greenhouse, suitable for a variety of crop seedlings, out-of-season cultivation of vegetables,flowers,fruit. It also can be used as urban agriculture tourism and show high-grade facilities. The trial shows that the space of multi-span greenhouse is large, suitable for mechanized operation, and the environmental regulation is stable and reliable, working environment is superior, suitable for a variety of out-of-season crops cultivation, this kind of greenhouse has huge application potential, and the market prospect is capacious.
