The modernized greenhouse takes an industry development, although starts late, but develops swiftly and violently. China Machinery Industry Federation since October 2001 on the greenhouse effect the implementation of a number of industry standards, in July 2002 State General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine has issued two national standards. Note greenhouse industry has been gradually into the normal development track.Based on the reference greenhouse design standards at home and abroad, under the premise of view of the current development of China's modernization greenhouse actuality of greenhouse structural optimization of the necessity and importance. North China multi-span of a plastic greenhouse structure design should consider the main factors and the specific methods.This paper from the structure of the force point of view, from the North China several multi-span plastic greenhouse structure, selects a reasonable force structure for analysis. Application engineering mechanics theory, in accordance with the requirements of building codes, the choice of greenhouse structures were loading analysis, the three most disadvantaged load combinations, and the establishment of a model.This paper first use of the ANSYS software to choose the model of the mechanical analysis using a direct model in ANSYS. Three of the negative load by a combination of simulation analysis by the deformation of their respective plans, node displacement map and dangerous section of the moment plans. ANSYS analysis of the application of advanced technology in the optimal design of the greenhouse module structure optimization, and has been optimized results. The results showed that: optimal design, as far as possible to reduce greenhouse in the steel-framed timber circumstances, the main greenhouse in the structure of unit area of wood can be 15.7 percent, while also able to meet their demands strength and the stability of the structure.This paper presents a multi-span for plastic greenhouse in North China to force analysis methods and use of such methods on greenhouse roof trusses for Analysis and then proceed to optimize the design. Finally, a force drawn, rational layout, material savings, easy to build, suitable for the promotion of greenhouse structure, for reference.
