In order to reveal the effect of Calcium and Magnesium fertilizer on the quality and some secondary and trace elements of the fruits of Ziziphus jujuba Mill. We conducted the three experiments with the material of Ziziphus jujuba. In Aksu.(1)At flowering stage, young stage, expanding stage, flowering stage+young stage and young stage+expanding stage, we respectively spraied calcium fertilizer, and Magnesium fertilizer;(2) CaCNO3)2and MgSO4were spraied at different concentrations.The concentration gradient of Ca(NO3)2was0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%、1.0%、1.2%, and the concentration gradient of MgSO4was0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%、2.5%、3.0%;(3) By researching the outcomes of six schemes of spraying amino acid Calcium, amino acid Calcium+Magnesium fertilizer, amino acid Calcium+micronutrient fertilizer humic acid calcium, humic acid calcium+Magnesium, humic acid calcium+micronutrient fertilizer, and by measuring the secondary and trace elements in fruits and it’s fruit quality. We tried to reveal the relationship between different experimental treatments and the contents of secondary and trace elements and it’s fruit quality, we try to determine the ideal timings of spraying calcium and Magnesium fertilizer and the optimum concentrations and best ratio of compound fertilizer of Ca(NO3)2and MgSO4should be spraied.To sum up, to provide the theory basis for ideal fertilization and improve the quality of Ziziphus jujuba.These main conclusions as below:1. The best measure of spraying of calcium fertilizer to fruits was at young and expanding stages, which had most significant effect on increasing secondary and trace elements in fruits, and the second was at expanding stage.The best measure of spraying of magnesium fertilizer was at young and expanding stages, which increased significantly the contents of Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn and Cu in fruits, and the second was at expanding stage.Besides, spraying of magnesium fertilizer at florescence stage+young stage could increase significantly the contents of Mn.2. It was the best timing to spray calcium fertilizer when fruits were swollen in order to increase it was average weight and soluble solid.and the spraying of magnesium fertilizer when fruits at young and swollen periods could function the same. Spraying of calcium and magnesium fertilizered at young and expanding stages could significantly increase the contents of soluble sugar, reducing sugar, protein,and Vc, and it could significantly decrease the titration acid as well.3.Not only associated with the peak of fruit absorption of calcium and magnesium, the improvements of fruit average weight and protein content also associated with the times of spraying; Spraying calcium to fruits could increase the contents of Soluble solid and soluble sugar, and it positively related with the peak of fruit absorption of calcium, also, it depended on the times of spraying of calcium; Similarly, the fruit average weight and the content of soluble sugar was not only associated with the peak of fruit absorption of magnesium,but also associated with the times of spraying of magnesium. The content of reducing sugar in fruits was positively related with the peak of fruit absorption of calcium and magnesium; The decline of fruit titration acid and the times of spraying of calcium and magnesium; The relationship of Vc content and the peak of fruit absorption of magnesium were only way that was in strict positive correlation, and the contents of reducing sugar, titration acid, Vc are significantly related with the times of spraying of calcium and magnesium.4.Spraying different concentrations of CaCNO3)2and MgSO4to fruits could increase the contents of secondary and trace elements and it was fruit qualities at all levels than the contrast. Particularly, spraying Ca(NO3)2of0.6%and spraying MgSO4of1.0%could both improve remarkably the contents of secondary and trace elements in fruits and it was qualities. Both of them could significantly increase the contents of Vc,soluble sugar,soluble solid and average fruit weight. However, the content of titration acid declined at different levels than the contrast.5.The measure of amino acid Calcium+micronutrient fertilizer was the most favorable way to increase the contents of secondary and trace elements. Although this measure could not reduce the acidity, it significantly increase the average fruit weight and the contents of soluble solid, soluble sugar, reducing sugar, Vc, and protein in fruits, and it was the ideal treatment of all.
