This experiment consisted of chemical analysis of basic nutrients, the determination of phenolic acids and degradation parameters of dry matter and crude protein, neutral washing fiber and acid washing fibers measured by nylon bag technique.Fist, experiments of23species collected from xinjiang region of feed dry matter (DM), organic matter (OM), protein (CP), crude fat (EE), neutral detergent fiber (NDF), acid detergent fiber (ADF), calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P), vanillic acid(VA),protocatechuic acid(PRA), ferulic acid (FA) and p-coumaric acid (PCA) content was determined. The results show that the highest content of sunflower bread CP (26.74%); Marigold flower powder in EE the highest content (21.57%);Four kinds of the cotton seed shell, wheat straw and corn stalks NDF content in were above80%;The cotton seed shell l,the cotton seed shell2and3of the cotton seed shell ADF content in were above60%;Ca of alfalfa was the highest (1.68%);Marigold flower powder in the highest content P (0.95%);Grape seed meal in the highest content of VA and PRA (13.78%,9.15%);FA content of beet grain pulp was highest (93.04%);Red pepper powder and tomato pulp PCA content above80%.Second, in this experiment condition, through the nylon bag method and laboratory test indicated that the chemical analysis, from the statistical analysis to see, feed DM, CP, NDF, ADF in each training time points in the rumen degradation rates were significant differences. From see red pepper powder of numerical DM rumen degradation rate had a highest value;Former lavender extract in the rumen DM within c value is higher;Feed DM within the effective in rumen degradation rate is16.57%~60.75%. Alfalfa CP in the rumen degradation rate had a highest value;CP of tomato pulp had the highest c value in the rumen;CP in the effective degradation rate in the rumen is21.29%~86.82%. NDF of culled tomato had the highest degradation rate in the rumen. NDF of the M3had highest a value in the rumen, NDF of red pepper powder had the highest c value in the rumen;Feed in the rumen NDF in effective degradation rate was7.35%~46.14%. ADF of Beet pulp had the highest degradation rate in the rumen;ADF of the M3had the highest c value in the rumen;Feed in the rumen ADF within the effective degradation rate was4.33%~42.25%.Third, the correlation analysis of effective degradation rate and phenolic acids showed, that the PCA and effective degradation rate of DM, CP, NDF was positively correlated; the VA, PRA and effective degradation rate of DM, CP, NDF, ADF was negatively correlated; the FA and effective degradation rate of DM, CP was positively correlated; but it’s positively correlated between the FA and effective degradation rate of NDF, ADF. It will make for the degradation of feed in the rumen when phenolic acids and degradation rate of feed was positively correlated, and it will not make for the degradation of feed in the rumen when phenolic acids and degradation rate of feed was negatively correlated.
