The Sesbania Pot experiment under different irrigation conditions, the results show that:(1) under four different irrigation conditions such as4000m3/hm2、3500m3/hm2、3000m3/hm2、2000m3/hm2,within the growth period of Sesbania, the variation law of average soil moisture content were similar: Each treatment0-50cm depth, the average soil moisture content change presents a bimodal curve, with the increase of irrigation quota, soil moisture content increased accordingly. Moisture content changes in65%~90%of field capacity.(2) Look from the whole growth period during the pot experiment, the Sesbania water consumption and water consuming intensity were increasing with the increase of irrigation volume. After Sesbania sowing to June10, daily water consumption intensity was around0.75-2.36mm/d. From June10to July10and July10to August10th, the Sesbania water consumption intensity was2.71-4.21mm/d and1.92-3.75mm/d. August10to September2, because of the temperature gradually decreased, the growth of Sesbania gradually began to stop and Sesbania water consumption decreased, the daily water consumption is between1.15-2.33m/d.(3) Within the observation period,0-50cm depth of soil salinity appears to decrease,42-68days after sowing soil salinity decreases most quickly; The end of the observation period, each treatment0-50cm depth, the decline rate of average soil salinity (conductivity)were38.43%,49.03%,51.59%and47.81%.The irrigation quota250m3/hm2, the whole growth period of irrigation with12times Sesbania desalination effect were the best.(4) During the treatment of irrigation quota3000m3/hm2(treatment C3): Sesbania plant aerial parts and roots: at different times of Na+、Ca2+and Mg2+content showed increases over time. Sesbania aerial parts of K+content showed a descending trend over time. Dry matter accumulation of Sesbania at different times showing a rising trend over the time. The absorption of Na+, Ca2+, Mg2+ions of Sesbania increases over time. Soil salinity reduce3.799g/kg to2.007g/kg within the detection range, desalination rate can reach42.58%and the reduced total cations amount were18.648g. However, the soil salinity at the bottom of the barrel increased from3.799g/kg to5.113g/kg, the increased total amount of caution were7.315g which accounts for39.22%of the total0-50cm soil caution decreases. Sesbania plants total cautions8.287g, which accounts for44.43%of the0-50cm soil cation decreases and the aerial parts of25.78%, the root of18.65%.
