In order to study on cotton field arrangement under fruit-cotton intercropping growing model in south of Xinjiang, a experiment was conducted at Kashgar City form April to October in2011. This experiment analysed the effect on ecological factors and cotton growth in apricot-cotton intercropping system, at the same time we compared photosynthesis, aimed at providing theoretical basis for cotton cultivation with apricot-cotton intercropping system in Xinjiang. The main experiment results as follows:1. Diurnal variation of temperature and humidity in cotton canopy were closely related to diurnal variation of shade. As the length of shade shortened, canopy temperature rose. Temperature was the highest when shade was the shortest, the humidity opposite changed trend, humidity was the highest when shade was the longest. Daily average temperature of cotton canopy was24.49℃-35.19℃in different treatments, it showed C> B> A (A stood for12with lines, plant spaceing with12cm, spaceing with1.15m; A stood for10with lines, plant spaceing with10cm, spaceing with1.45m; A stood for8with lines, plant spaceing with8cm, spaceing with1.85m), humidity showed C> A> B. Before seeing flower, A of soil temperature in20cm was the biggest, the next was B, it was not different in different treatments. Before irrigation, soil water content was significantly different in20cm, showed B> A> C, it was not different in40cm; after irrigation, it was significantly different in20cm, showed B> C> A.2. Cotton leaf area per plant increased as plant spacing increased, groups of LAI decreased as plant spacing increased. PAR and light interception rate varied with height of the cotton canopy, it was that top of cotton canopy> upper of cotton canopy> lower of cotton canopy in the whole periods. There was significant difference with different treatment in different periods, C a was the biggest during the vegetative growth periods, band plant A was the biggest during the reproductive growth stage.3. Length-width ratio of B was the lowest, and a better performance in main stem leaf number, width of the top fourth leaf and fruit branch number than the other two. Stem diameter was positively related to plant spacing. Cotton individual of dry matter was highter than A and C, dry matter of gross was positively related to individual; dry matter of net was positively related to dendity, showed that A<B<C. Shade delayed the growth of cotton, leading to3treatments were the most of summer peach and autumn peach, boll of mainly distributed was closer to stem in Horizontal, as along with plant spacing increased, Longitudinal were main compose of middle bolland lower boll. Lint yield of gross plant in plant spacing of10cm was the highest, it was higher4.69%and19.96%than A andC; lint yield of net C was the highest, it was higher7.18%and30.91%than B and A.4. SPAD average was higher3.00%and2.74%than A and B in all periods, it was not positive correlated to Pn. Pn showed C> B> A in all periods, C was higher10.79%and47.74%than B and A in seeing bud with the biggest different, C was higher4.27%and9.96%than B and A in seeing bud with the smallest different Gs and Evap were not positive correlated to Pn, CO2opposite changed trend, showed Pn was double peak in seeing flower, the trough was in15:00, midday depression of photosynthesis was obvious Pn was single speak in other periods, the peak and trough with Pn, Evap, Gs were C, they were at noon.
