With the rise of carbon dioxide concentration in atmospheric, the greenhouseeffect is more and more serious, and the global temperatures continue to rise. Around theworld, ecologists are studying on carbon storage and carbon cycle to find the theoreticalbasis and methods for the decrease of carbon dioxide concentration in atmospheric toalleviate the greenhouse effect. It’s a good way to increase carbon storage in farmlandthrough build the farmland shelterbelts to form agroforestry system. But a majority ofstudy are about the improve of farmland microclimate、reducing wind and stabilizingsand、improve the soil、economic and social benefits, the study about the carbon storageand carbon fluxes of shelter forest are few. This paper chose the agroforestry in Min Quanstate forest farm which is in the henna eastern plain as the research object, to study thecarbon storage and detail changes of carbon storage in different months of a one-yearperiod of trees、herbs、and soil, do the research about the carbon released rate of soilrespiration at the same time, to provide detailed date for the carbon sinks provided by thedevelopment of farmland shelterbelts, study on the changes of carbon sinks in differentmonths, to provide date base to understand the mechanism of the carbon cycle. This paper chose the agroforestry in Min Quan state forest farm which is in thehenna eastern plain as the research object, adopted the methods of standard provingground and regression to study the biomass and carbon storage of trees and herbs undertrees in the six typical proving ground,, and study on the rate of soil respiration of sixproving ground, intercropping of populus and sedge、intercropping of polar and grasssorghum、silver chain、populus、China tree and mixed plantation of silver chain andpopulus, get soil sample and test the content of organic carbon every month, test the rateof soil respiration of six proving grounds, estimate the rate of carbon release and carbonstorage of six proving grounds. The specific results of research are as follows:(1)Carbon storage of each proving groundThe carbon storage of proving ground of intercropping of populus and sedge are103.88t/hm2, The carbon storage of proving ground of intercropping of populus and grasssorghum are208.51t/hm2, The carbon storage of proving ground of silver chain are269.03t/hm2,The carbon storage of proving ground of populus are141.0t/hm2,The carbon storage of proving ground of China tree are131.31t/hm2,The carbon storage ofproving ground of mixed plantation of silver chain and populus are267.03t/hm2.(2) Soil respiration of six proving groundsThe rate of soil respiration reaches a minimum value in January and a highest value inaugust in each proving ground. The annual average rate of soil respiration of everyproving ground are: intercropping of populus and sedge,0.047g·m-2· h-1; intercroppingof polar and grass sorghum,0.055g·m-2·h-1; silver chain,0.051g·m-2·h-1; populus,0.062g·m-2· h-1; China tree,0.040g·m-2·h-1; mixed plantation of silver chain andpopulus,0.040g·m-2·h-1.Annual carbon emissions in each proving ground are: intercropping of populus andsedge,1.123t/hm2; intercropping of polar and grass sorghum,1.314t/hm2; silver chain,1.218t/hm2; populus,1.481t/hm2; China tree,0.956t/hm2; mixed plantation of silver chainand populus,0.956t/hm2.
