The soil of Haizhou opencast coal dump is formed with transportation,striping and heaping. The internal environment and outer environment of original soil has changed fundamentally.Microorganism quantity is variation in the soil.The thesis focus on the role of microorganisms in the soil.In the basis of analyzing the research situation of microbial reclamation technology at home and abroad, Haizhou opencast dump which was divided into five parts that is hill closure area,hill non-closure area,pure elm forest, pure Robinia pse-udoacacia forest and elm&Robinia pseudoacacia forest area is reclaimed soil as studying project. It is cultured microorganisms (bacteria,actinomyces,fungus) from sampled soil of per area. The paper made system analysis on the feature of microorganisms quantity, vertical and seasonal in the view of cultivated microorganisms quantity. The results showed that from the different points of reclamation models,soil layer and season,microorganism quantity have evidence variation.
