In2012. the test of comparison between expert grading and automatic detection and classification for flue-cured tobacco was conducted in Staff Development Institute of China National Tobacco Corporation by using "tobacco automatic examination and grading system" jointly developed by Beijing Technology and Business University and China Leaf Tobacco Corporation. Flue cured tobacco samples were collected from the samples of the fourth national tobacco grading competition.3groups of tobacco samples were collected.The first group Yunnan Qujing flue-cured tobacco:the lower,middle,upper3parts, a certain grade of orange or lemon group, one leaf was selected randomly from every grade, a total of3parts.6grades,18leaves.18specific samples were:B3F3leaves. B4L3leaves, C4F3leaves, X2F3leaves. X4F3leaves. X3L3leaves.The second group Yunnan province flue-cured tobacco:the lower,middle,upper3parts, a certain grade of orange or lemon group,1leaf was selected randomly from each grade, a total of3parts,17grades.17specific samples were:1-B2F,2-B3F,3-B4F,4-B2L,5-B4L,6-C2F,7-C3F,8-C4F,9-C2L,10-C3L,11-X1F,12-X2F,13-X3F,14-X4F,15-X2L,16-X3L,17-X4L.The third group Sichuan Liangshan flue-cured tobacco:the lower,middle,upper3parts, a certain grade of orange or lemon group,1leaf was selected randomly from each grade, a total of3parts,14grades.14specific samples were:1-B2F,2-B3F,3-B3L,4-C2L,5-C2F,6-C1L,7-C2L,8-X1F,9-X2F,10-X3F,11-X4F,12-X1L,13-X2L,14-X3L.The results are as follows:(1) The grading results for Qujing18flue-cured tobacco samples by using Sichuan Yunnan Plateau flue-cured tobacco expert grading system were showed as follows:①the detection parts results are same for10samples, different for8samples;②the detection colors results are same for7samples, different for11samples;③the grading quality detection results are same for1samples, close for11samples, near for1. the larger difference for5. From the overall results, the Sichuan and Yunnan Plateau flue-cured tobacco expert grading system can assist the grading expert on Yunnan Qujing tobacco leaf grading, but can not replace expert grading. (2) The grading results for yunnan17flue-cured tobacco samples by using Sichuan Yunnan Plateau flue-cured tobacco expert grading system were showed as follows:①the detection parts results are same for12samples, different for5samples;②the detection colors results are same for5samples, different for12samples;③the grading quality detection results are same for4samples, close for7samples, the larger difference for6.
