Studies On Key Cultivation Techniques Of Tobacco Variety Nanjiang-3

To explore the key cultivation techniques of the flue-cured tobacco variety Nanjiang-3, the research studied the effects of the nitrogen fertilizer application, planting density, topping stages and rest leaf number to growth and development of Nanjiang-3. Through the study can be concluded that in Guiyang area optimum nitrogen rate was8kg/666.7m2, planting density was1100plants/666.7m2, the line spacing in the rows was1.2m×0.5m, topping stage is squaring period, and remained leaf number is24. The above conditions are most suitable for the varieties of tobacco leaf production. Nanjiang3vigorous plant growth, it is easy to achieve the best state between the yield and quality in production.The results of the study show that:when fertilixer nitrogen and planting density if reasonable, and the early topping and reducing leaf number after topping, the Nutrient absorption ability could be enhanced, andresult in vigorous growth of tobacco plants, higher root vigor, higher nitrate reductase activity, When excessive amounts of nitrogen fertilizer, planting density and monoclonal leave leaf number is not reasonable, can create nutrition supply not harmonious, tobacco chemical component content is not harmonious, finally affect the yield and quality of tobacco leaf.
