Dendrobium officinale has a long medicinal history in China. It is called "life-saving herb" by the people, but its wild resources are extremely scarce. The international medicinal plant community calls it "giant panda in medicinal field",which is a rare and endangered species. In 1981,Dendrobium officinale was listed in the National Convention on Trade in Endangered Wild Fauna and Flora. In 1987,it was listed in the National List of Species of Key Protected Wild Medicinal Materials, which belongs to a heavy category.Point protected rare and endangered species. As one of the main producing areas of Dendrobium in China, the industrialization of Dendrobium officinalis has been listed in the ten innovation and industrialization projects of Dendrobium officinalis in Fujian Province. However, the planting industry of Dendrobium candidum in Fujian has a weak situation of "large area and small output value".The low degree of industrial intensiveness,non-standard cultivation techniques and simple processing links have seriously restricted the healthy development of Dendrobium candidum industry in Fujian."Dendrobium candidum cultivation technology specification" has been included in the revision plan of Fujian local standards.Based on literature analysis and experimental research, this paper focused on the effects of cultivation conditions on quality of Dendrobium officinale in Fujian Province and its cultivation calculation criteria. The main results are as follows:1.Comparing the effects of rich granite gravel, pine bark, red loam soil and peanut shell in Fujian as the cultivation medium of Dendrobium candidum. The results showed that the most available composite matrix of pine bark and red loam(1:2)in Fujian was suitable for the growth of Dendrobium candidum. The best transplanting time of transplanted seedlings is spring(January-March)>autumn(June-September)>summer(March-June)>winter(September-December).2.The effects of light intensity, humidity and temperature on the growth of Dendrobium candidum during artificial cultivation were analyzed. The results show that the suitable temperature and air humidity of Dendrobium candidum are 20-28 C and 60-80%.The suitable shading rate is less than 70% when using shading net to reduce light.3.Systematically standardized the base selection of Dendrobium officinale artificial cultivation in Fujian Province,as well as the quality standards of planting medium, seedling, light and hot water fertilizer management, pest control, tree cultivation and rock cultivation modes, harvesting, initial processing and other aspects.Draft "Technical Specification for Dendrobium officinale Cultivation in Fujian Province" was formulated.4.Discuss the feasibility and necessity of establishing the quality standard of Dendrobium officinale flowers and leaves, and provide the basis for formulating the local food safety standard of Dendrobium officinale flowers and leaves in Fujian Province.
