This article in view of the4BQD-40type spraying pneumatic seeding-machine operation of the inequality existing in the problem is studied and analyzed, and the design of the automatic control system. The Seed-metering device of pneumatic seeding-machine by the power of the tractor motive power output shaft to provide, therefore, the speed of the device to ranked basically in spray to process is a constant. This study design of the automatic control system, in order to PLC type as control core, using hall sensors collect real-time rear wheel tractor switch speed information, and according to the speed of the received information change output pulse cycle, controlling the step motor speed, thus promote the device to precise rotation, realize the spray seeding machine the automatic control. The main research results are as follows:1.The automatic control system according to the real-time data acquisition of PLC sensor of the rear wheel tractor speed signal, the device to control the speed, reach the speed of the team and tractor metering device synchronous speed, improve the uniformity of the seed.2.Choose the automatic control system suitable hardware, and circuit connection, ensure the normal operation of the system. Use of Siemens STEP7-Micro/WIN32programming software control program, and realizing the system work of automatic control.3. Install the strength of the automatic control system for the spray seeding machine, the device by stepping motor driver, tell the original spray seeding machine from the tractor motive power output shaft to the device to the transmission parts, simplify the manufacture process and reduce the cost.4.To install the respectively automatic control system of before and after4BQD-40type pneumatic spraying seeding-machine outdoor spray test, through the test result statistical and computational analysis, comparison and research, this row kind of automatic control system to test the purpose of the research, the spray to improve the quality and spray seeding machine performance.
