It was a target that the diversity of in12soil samples collected. the method was to saperate the microorganism in greenhouse soil by purifying as well as physiological and biochemical isolation and identification of the solar greenhouse soil.According to the distribution of the number of species, the microorganism was analyzed by different month and soil depth. The experimental results show that:(1) There were15species of fungi,6species of actinomycetes,12species of bacteria by isolating and identificating at the the sunlight greenhouse soil in Hohhot suburban.(2) The number of fungi, in the soil of sunlight greenhouse, reached its maximum in June; the biggest number of actinomycetes and bacteria was in seven. There was amost microorganism in the greenhouse soil during June to August;(3) The number of microorganism gradually reduced with the decreased soil layer in the greenhouse soil, in which the most obvious decline was the number of fungi. It was showed a certain vertical that the distribution of microbial species in the greenhouse soil(4) By each month as independent variables, the number of microorganisms in the soil, the quantity level of solar greenhouse soil microbial could be created a quadratic polynomial function model of the dependent variable; each layer as a variables, the number of microorganisms in each soil as the dependent variable, you could create significantly related to a linear inverse function model.(5) There had a significant correlation between the number of fungi and soil alkali hydrolysable, at0~5cm layer of the sunlight greenhouse; there was a significant correlation between the P content of available phosphorus and the number of fungi, at5~10cm soil; the fungi did not establish a significant correlation with available P;, the number of actinomycetes as well as bacteria had a significant correlation with the available phosphorus P and available nitrogen N. The correlation was not obvious that the number of microorganism in soil and potassium K. Fungi, actinomycetes, and bacteria had a significant correlation with soil moisture, especially, at0~5cm of soil.
