China is the main producing country of ginseng(Panax ginseng C. A. Meyer), which is one of famous traditional Chinese medicinal plants. As the great ginseng produced province in China, ginseng industry has been the mainstay industry in Jilin province. However, Cultivated Ginseng will occur a variety of diseases, the use of chemical pesticides will lead to the result of pesticide residues,environmental pollution and even the pathogen resistance. It is imperative to promote the biological control of microbial agents to prevent plant diseases.Taking ginseng production base of Fusong in Jilin province on as the object of the research, the study analysis the effect of microbial activity, microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen, microbial functional diversity of ginseng land, by using 4 kinds of microbial agents with different concentrations. The following results were:1. When Prebiotic agents reaching the amount of 400 g/m2, soil respiration, ammonification intensity reaches a maximum, 67.49 mg/kg and 0.2604 mg/g respectively, while the dosage of microbial inoculum was 600 g/m2, the maximum soil nitrification for 39.76%; When Trichoderma harzianum agents reach the amount of 8 g/m2, soil respiration, ammonification and nitrification intensity reached a maximum intensity were 51.91 mg/kg, 0.2737 mg/g and 38.74%; When "5406" agents reach the amount of 100 g/m2, soil respiration, ammonification and nitrification intensity reached a maximum intensity were 65.97 mg/kg, 0.2921 mg/g and 43.19%; When the Paenibacillus polymyxa agents amount reached 3g/m2, soil respiration maximum 51.91 mg/kg, while the soil ammonification, nitrification intensity reached a maximum 2 g/m2 in the amount of fertilizer, 0.2656 mg / g, 31.79% respectively.2. Each inoculant treatments increased the microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen values, and reduced the ratio of carbon and nitrogen of microbial biomass. When prebiotic agents was 400 g/m2 and Trichoderma harzianum agent was 5 g/m2、 "5406" was 50 g/m2 and Paenibacillus polymyxa was 3 g/m2,the effect was most obvious effect, the carbon and nitrogen of microbial biomass of soil value increased the maximum,and the utilization of nitrogen had improved significantly.3. Applying inoculants increased efficiency of soil microbial metabolic for various kinds of carbon source, and improved microbial community functional diversity of the soil. The average well color development(AWCD), Shannon index and richness index treating of Trichoderma harzianum and prebiotics inoculants were higher than other treatments and control. A strong improvement on the soil microorganism, when prebiotics inoculants were 400 g/m2 and Trichoderma harzianum 8 g/m2 and 5 g/m2.
