Rice is one of the important food crop in the world, more than half of the population in theworld are feed on rice. With the rapid increase of economic development and population, thegrowing shortage of water resources in the world, the drought has become one of the mainnon-biological factors which limit rice production. In this experiment, F2:3population derivedfrom the cross between kongyu131and xiaobaijingzi and the parents were used as theexperimental materials, this experiment has carried on the correlation analysis among droughtresistance related characters on seedling growth stage, among drought resistance related characterson field growth stage, between drought resistance related characters on seedling growth stage andyield related traits. On normal and drought stress conditions, the seedling growth stage and growthstage in open field drought resistance related traits QTL mapping was carried out, the results are asfollows:1. According to the distance between the markers and the orders, this experiment draw agenetic linkage map which contains99SSR markers. The total length of the genetic map is1238.42cM,average distance is12.51cM.2. In both normal and drought stress condition,14traits related to drought resistance of F3group are appropriate for QTL mapping and unimodal continuous gaussian distribution. Thetransgressive inheritance phenomenon is obvious.3. Under the condition of drought stress in seedling, seedling height and root length and rootnumber has reached the extremely significant positive correlation, while the coleoptile length androot number show significant positive correlation, but not reached extremely significant level.Under normal conditions, the seedling height and root length and root number has reached theextremely significant positive correlation, root length and coleoptile length has reached theextremely significant positive correlation, and root number and root length were significantlypositive correlation. In field growth period, under the condition of drought stress heading number, plant height, panicle number, spike length, total grain number, primary branch number, secondarybranch number per plant and ear weight per plant has reached a very significant positivecorrelation, seed setting rate and root length were very significant positive correlation, and seedsetting rate and seedling height were significantly positive correlation, but have not reachedextremely significant level. Under normal irrigation conditions, the ear weight per plant, earweight and grain number, secondary branch number, The growth period, up to extremelysignificant positive correlation, and canopy temperature reached the extremely significant negativecorrelation, seeding hight and spike weight per plant has reached the significant positivecorrelation, root number and seed setting rate reached a significant positive correlation between coleoptile length and spike number has reached the extremely significant positive correlation, setting rate nd root length were very significant positive correlation, and setting rate wassignificantly positive correlation with seedling height.4. Under the conditions of normal and drought, four traits related to drought resistance inseedling stage for QTL mapping analysis, the results are as follows:(1) This experiment detected12QTLs related to seedling height, among them six QTLs wereunder drought stress conditions, which located in the2,3,6,7chromosomes; six QTLs were undernormal conditions, which located in the2,5,6,7chromosomes.(2) This experiment detected five QTLs related to coleoptile length, among them two QTLs wereunder drought stress conditions, which located in the2,6chromosomes; three QTLs were undernormal conditions, which located in the2,6,12chromosomes.(3) This experiment detected five QTLs related to main root length, among them four QTLs wereunder drought stress conditions, which located in the1,2,8chromosomes; one QTL was undernormal conditions, which located in the8chromosomes.(4) This experiment detected five QTLs related to root number, among them three QTLs wereunder drought stress conditions, which located in the2,4chromosomes; two QTLs were undernormal conditions, which located in the1,6chromosomes.(5) This experiment detected eighteen QTLs related to relative Seedling height, relative coleoptilelength, relative root length and relative root number, which located in the1,2,3,4,6,7,9,12chromosomes.5.
