Effect Of Tangerine Peel, Fructus Crataegi On Relief Immunosuppression In Rats

This experiment by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) induced SD rats immune stress, set up animalmodel, research the influence of tangerine peel, fructus crataegi on the immune function, liver andkidney function and antioxidant ability in immune stress rats. Put35rats were randomly dividedinto5groups,7rats every group:(1) blank control group;(2) model control group: only use LPSmolding rats, not treated;(3) tangerine peel group: after use LPS molding rats, treat by gavagetangerine peel suspension;(4) after use LPS molding rats, treat by gavage fructus crataegisuspension;(5) tangerine peel and fructus crataegi composite group: after use LPS molding rats,treat by gavage tangerine peel and fructus crataegi mix suspension. In1st~7thdays, exceptblank control group, every rat intraperitoneal injection LPS every day,500μg·kg-1dose. In7thday,after injection2h, each group rats blood in orbital venous plexus, separation of serum standby.Start pharmacy treat at8thday, tangerine peel group rats gavage tangerine peel suspension1mLevery day, fructus crataegi group rats gavage fructus crataegi suspension1mL every day,composite group rats gavage each0.5mL, blank control group and model control group rats bothgavage normal saline1mL every day. After12thand17thdays gavage6h, each group rats blood inorbital venous plexus, separation of serum standby. Every blood sample obtained serumcryostorage in-80℃. Use obtained serum test IL-1, TNF-α, ALT, AST, TC, TG, TP, Alb, Cr, BUN,SOD, MDA, GSH-Px, et al, research tangerine peel and fructus crataegi alleviate growth inhibitionby immunological stress. The results show that:(1) Tangerine peel and fructus crataegi can reduce IL-1, TNF-α significant increase caused byimmunological stress status. Effect that fructus crataegi group>composite group>tangerine peelgroup.(2) Tangerine peel and fructus crataegi can reduce ALT, AST, Cr, BUN significant increasecaused by immunological stress status, can remission TP, Alb significant reduction caused byimmunological stress status, make it tend to normal levels. Effect that fructus crataegigroup>composite group>tangerine peel group.(3) Tangerine peel and fructus crataegi can reduce MDA significant increase caused byimmunological stress status, can remission SOD, GSH-Px significant reduction caused byimmunological stress status, make it tend to normal levels. Effect that fructus crataegi group>composite group>tangerine peel group.These can be show tangerine peel and fructus crataegi can Effectively relieveimmunosuppression caused by immune stress, liver and kidney damage, too many free radicals anddecreased ability of scavenging free radicals, With certain resistant effect of immune stress.
