Soybean as the major food crops in the world, plays an important role in food production. Frequentpesticide phytotoxicity happened on soybeans annually, including acetochlor phytotoxicity has a seriousimpact. With acetochlor application amount and range of applications is increasing year by year, events ofsoybean phytotoxicity also occur frequently, which not only constrains acetochlor further promotion andapplication, but also due to the occurrence of this phytotoxicity caused considerable economic losses, andseriously affect the yield and income of farmers. Acetochlor is amides, which selective pre-emergentherbicide, can control every year born gramineous weeds and some broad-leaved weeds, widely used oncrops such as soybeans, corn, peanuts and cotton. This test uses a pot experiment, in the NortheastAgricultural University of the potted plant base in May2012, select three major soybean varieties fromHeilongjiang Province of first, two, three with accumulated temperature by measuring the soybean plantgrowth and development of indicators, physiological and biochemical indicators and yield indicators, acetochlor in the different degree of phytotoxicity on soybean growth and yield, and to explore therelationship between soybean fertility traits change with yield after application. The results are as follows:1. The phytotoxicity of acetochlor on the soybean root nodules mainly for reduced, growth speed slowand reduced chlorophyll content, root activity, etc. Nodule number42days later returned to normal, the plantheight in the acetochlor had no effect on normal dosage range.2. Acetochlor on the hundred grain weight of three soybean varieties of tested had no impact; causesoybean production was mainly due to the decrease in soybean grains per plant. The degree to whichsoybean yield reduced application of acetochlor can be judged by the investigation of soybean grains perplant. Soybean variety tested for sensitivity of acetochlor order is: Heihe48>Dongnong52>HeFeng55.3. Using Excell and DPS software, for the yield of soybean and phytotoxicity early, phytotoxicityinterim reproductive traits stepwise regression analysis, established the regression equation of relatedreproductive traits to yield. After soybean by acetochlor phytotoxicity, Reproductive characters and yieldappear different degree of notable or not notable positive correlation or negative correlation, mutualrestriction between the reproductive traits and yield of soybean and tradeoffs. Soybean of plant fresh weightand chlorophyll content of the early phytotoxicity notable influenced soybean yield of the later, the optimalregression equation for the output: Y=-0.8861-0.1014X3+1.8745X4(P<0.0001,F=134.5547**). Therefore, plant fresh weight, chlorophyll content can be as a predictor of early yield. Soybean ofnodulenumber, chlorophyll content and root activity of the medium-term phytotoxicity notable influenced soybean yield of the later, the optimal regression equation for the output: Y=-0.2652+0.0138X2-0.1535X4-1.5067X6(P<0.0001, F=19.9644), so the nodule number, chlorophyll content and root activity, can be usedas predictors of yield.
