According to the occurrence of different degrees of secondary salinization of soil and continuouscropping obstacle in protected cultivations (greenhouse) of several years, resulting in such as the loss of cropyields, lower quality, plant diseases and insect pests serious problems, we used garden soil, crushed corn strawand dry chicken manure as the major materials, planting two consecutive crop of tomatoes,I set four treatmentstotally.Treatment one (corn straw:chicken manure=3:1),short of T1,Treatment two (corn straw:chickenmanure=2:1),short of T2, Treatment three (corn straw:chicken manure=1:1),short of T3.analyzing the effecton physical and chemical properties of artificial nutrition soil of different proportion composting in greenhouse, micro environment, tomato growth and development. We are trying to solve above problem. The results showed that:One: in rhizosphere soil of T1treatment of two consecutive crops of tomatoes, available potassium, availablephosphorus, available nitrogen, organic matter and total nitrogen content was the highest. In medium growthperiod, Available potassium content of the rhizosphere nutrition soil of the second crop of tomato in growthperiod higher than T2, T3, CK11%,34.8%and59%respectively. In later growth period, organic content ofthe second tomato crop of the rhizosphere nutrient soil than T2, T3, and CK higher than82.3%,151.3%and117.7%respectively.Two: In rhizosphere soil of T1treatment of two consecutive crops of tomatoes, the mount of nitrifying bacteria, ammonifying bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes were higher than other treatments significantly. in the growthmedium, the mount of ammonifying bacteria of the rhizosphere nutrition soil of the first crop of tomato washigher than T2, T3, CK4.4%,35.4%and99.1%respectively. In later growth period, the mount ofactinomycetes of the rhizosphere nutrition soil of the second crop of tomato was higher than T2, T3, CK30.4%,56.2%,and91.7%respectively.Three: The plant height, stem diameter, the chlorophyll content and root activity of two consecutive crops oftomatoes of T1treatment were significantly higher than other treatments. In the growth medium, The plantheight of the second crop of tomato was higher than T2, T3, CK13.1%,15.8%and28.6%respectively. In latergrowth period, the root activity of two consecutive crops of tomatoes higher than T2, T3, CK8.1%,20.8%and35.5%respectively.Four: The quality of T1treatment (sugar acid ratio and vitamin C content) were much better than othertreatments, the vitamin C content of the first crop of tomato was higher than T2, T3, CK18.75%,60.1%and45.8%.
