Abiotic stresses such as salinity is one of the main factors that limiting ricegrowth in the world. Epigenetic mechanisms such as DNA methylation play a vitalrole in regulating gene expression under environmental stresses in plant. DNAmethylation plays an important role in regulating gene expression, genomics stabilityand plants response to environmental stresses.A salinity tolerancepyramiding line177-103and itsrecurrent parentIR64wereusedin this study.Methylation Sensitive Amplified Polymorphism (MSAP)techonology were used to analysis the DNA methylation changes under salinitytreatment, we found that DNA methylation inhibitors have been applied to the studyof the development of plant.Using salt tolerance genotype FL478, sensitivegenotypeIR29, IR64and salt tolerant IL177-103, treatment with DNA methylationinhibitor at seed germination and seedling stage to analysis of DNA methylationinhibitors on the influence of different salt-tolerant rice variety, and DNA methylationinhibitors of salt-tolerant rice varieties under different salt stress conditions.Plant transcription factor play an important role in plant growth and response tothe adverse environment. MYB transcription factors is the largest and the mostdiverse of transcription factor in the plant. Under salinity+ABA and salinityconditions, a salinity tolerance177-103and IR64were used for gene expressionanalysis Using fluorescence quantitative PCR method, comparative analysis of stress43candidate MYB family of differentially expressed genes expression patterns undersalt stress and ABA treatment. Results showed that most of these candidate genescharacterized by inhibiting expression in salt stress conditions, only determined isinduced in the root expression. In ABA treatment most of the MYB gene expression isinduced to express, only determined the root show the inhibition of expression,speculated that the MYB genes involved in salt and ABA stress response with thesame or different molecular path or patterns, and species diversity and tissuespecificity.
