In this paper, we collected basical date by field investigation in fixed sample, and used statistical methods such as semi-variance function, Kriging spatial interpolation to study the spatial heterogeneity of light factors, vegetation factors and soil nutrients in broad-leaved Korean pine forest in Jilin Jiaohe, and then studied the effect on understory vegetation of environmental heterogeneity. The results are very important to sustainable management of broad-leaved Korean pine forest. The results are as follows:(1) Environmental factors in broad-leaved Korean pine forest showed patchy or gradient distribution in space, spatial heterogeneity is very obvious.(2) The results of single factor variance analysis showed three groups of typical light environment that aboveground biomass, underground biomass and total biomass of F statistics were22.699,7.060,14.168, the probability of the corresponding values were0.002,0.027,0.005,in0.05significance level, there were significant differences in forest environment of different typical illumination shrub biomass.(3) The stand density, light environment, the facula time had significant influence on the total energy sunfleck accepted (p<0.05); different time of the day has significantly effect on the sunfleck duration (p<0.05); stand density, light environment and spot appeared to affect the time of photosynthetic active radiation peak on the spot marked, and stand density, light environment, the facula period between three joint interaction of photosynthetic active radiation peak had no effect on the sunfleck significant effect (p<0.05).(4) The single factor variance analysis showed that in different position of the gap, the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index, shrubs diversity index, evenness of shrub, herb diversity index, evenness of herb with F statistics65.605,1258.736,139.051,398.779,37.850, the probability of corresponding of the value is0.001,0.002,0.004,0.012,0.025, at0.05significance level, the difference of species diversity of shrub and herb in different position of the gap is significantly different.(5) The NDVI of the center of the gap is the highest of other position of the gap, about0.76. The number of shrub and herb, individual number of each species and the diversity index is the lowst of different position of the gap; the species diversity of shrub and herb understory in the edge of the gap is the highest of different position of the gap; the species evenness is the lowst in the center of the gap, and the species evenness is higger in the edge of the gap and in the canopy around the gap.(6) Spatial heterogeneity affects species diversity, species distribution and biomass accumulation of understory vegetation in broad-leaved Korean pine forest.
