Antiseptic will pollute the environment after being wasted. Considering its characteristics, to Look for more suitable recycling methods and to improve the comprehensive utilization efficiency of waste ACQ-treated wood is essential.I analysised the optimization process of waste ACQ-treated antiseptic wood in phenol and resinification of liquefaction by orthogonal test method.Then this thesis used three instruments and analysis methods:X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and SEM on residue, liquefaction product, resinand PF.The conclusions are as follow:(1). The optimal conditions for the ACQ-treated wood phenol liquefies were:The reaction temperature was150℃, liquefaction time was2.5h, the phenol and the Phenol/Wood was4.5, and concentration of sulfuric acid was9%. Under these technological conditions,the rate of residue was3%. The degree of influence caused by four factors was:Concentration of sulfuric acid> Phenol/Wood> Liquefaction time> Reaction temperature.(2). Orthogonal tests indicated that the optimal conditions for hygrometric-state bonding strength were:Resinification temperature was80℃, resinification time was120min, mrNaOH/P (molar ratio of NaOH/liquefied wood) was0.6and mrF/p (molar ratio of formaldehyde/liquefied wood) was2.0.The hygrometric-state bonding strength was1.33MPa, which arrived the standard of GB/T17657-1999class I in the strength of plywood requirements.And the formaldehyde emission of plywood was0.837mg/L, which arrived the standard of El. The degree of influence caused by four factors was:Resinification temperature> mrF/P>Resinification time> mrNaoH/p.(3).Using XRD analysis found that when liquefaction reaction was not sufficient,crystallinity slightly decreased;when liquefaction reaction was sufficient,crystallinity increased,because of containing copper elements.Using FTIR analysis found that according to the change of peak and peak shape we could get that wood powder chemical composition of molecular structure changes greatly. Using SEM analysis found that the manifestation structure of resin and PF was similar.
