Equus przewalskii is one of the rare and endangered Mammal in the world, The P-horse living status is the key fields of the study of conservation biology and it attracted a wide spread attention. Reintroduction P-horse have a highest infection rate from parasites, especially myiasis is a prominent among local equid animals in recent decade.what’s more, there have a high level in each year. It is not been reported that the relationship among the level of physiological stress, immunophysiology and the intensity of infection of Gasterophilus in the reintroduction P-horse so far. Therefore, the aim of our research was that study the relationship among these three aspects. In this study, noninvasive sampling and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) were used to determine the indices of feces sample in natural state and health care process in reintroduction Przewalski’s horse (9males,5females); The aim was to measure the concentration of the fecal cortisol and IgM, IgA, IgG in order to explore the relationship between physiological stress and immunophysiology and infection rate. The results showed that:(1) Steroids hormone and immunoglobulin level is an important physiological index to reflect the animal stress and immune ability in certain period. The IgM, IgA and IgG Concentration in fecal is difference (P<0.05) in the process of healthcare.(2) Fecal immunoglobulin from Przewalski’s horse is not different between male and female in natural state; The IgM, IgA, IgG levels in fecal of reintroduction Przewalski is not different between groups; the infection intensity of Gasterophilus of Przewalski has a significant negative correlation with IgM and IgG, but not significant negative correlation with fecal IgA. A synergistic effect among the fecal immunoglobulin, fecal IgM can be used as a good indicator for the P-horse living status because of its stability and reliability.(3) Fecal cortisol is significant difference(P<0.05) between sexes, and that is to say cortisol concentrations have gender differences; The average concentrations of fecal cortisol in bachelor group are less than the family group, fecal cortisol is significant difference (P<0.05) between two groups; the infection intensity of Gasterophilus of Przewalski has significant negative correlation with fecal cortisol in the process of deworming, and three processes showed highly significant positive correlation each other.(4)Fecal IgM concentration has a significant positive correlation with fecal cortisol in process of healthcare, but no significant negative correlation with fecal IgG and IgA(P>0.05). The physiological stress strengthen increases fecal IgM and also increase fecal IgG and IgA concentration to some extent.(5) Przewalski’s horse immune themselves can deal with lower the number of Gasterophilus, but if Przewalski’s horse suffer from the bad situation with a certain number of bot flies, healthcare has become an important method to monitor Przewalski’s horse.
