Camphor tree is an evergreen tree, is one of the main tree species of subtropical broad-leaved forest green in our country, it is a good of multipurpose tree species. Camphor tree is an important raw material to extract camphor, its medicinal value and the green value is very high. At present, research has focused on the in vitro antioxidant activity and the synergistic antioxidant effect with other antioxidants. In this paper, the compound natural antioxidant was based on tea polyphenol, Rosmarinus officinalis extract, Glycgrrhizauralensis fisch extract and polyphenol extracted from camphor tree leaves as the main ingredient, studied the antioxidant activity of composite natural antioxidant, then usedin the feed oil after being made into microcapsules to study the antioxidant effect, the research contents and results are as follows:1.A orthogonal test design was adopted to optimize the formula of the antioxidant compound. According to the range analysis of obtained test results, the contributions of4natural antioxidants to antoxidation were ranked in turn as: Camphor leaves polyphenols extract> Rosmarinus officinalis extract> tea polyphenol> Glycgrrhizauralensis fisch extract, and the optimum formula of the natural antioxidant compound was as follows:Camphor leaves polyphenols extract0.20%, tea polyphenol0.03%, Rosmarinus officinalis extract0.04%, Glycgrrhizauralensis fisch extract0.01%. The antioxidant capacity of this compound was weaker than that of TBHQ but stronger than that of BHA and BHT.2.Studied the scavenging capacity of composite antioxidant on DPPH,superoxide anion free radical O2-, hydroxyl free radical and reducing power. With the increase of concentration, composite antioxidant, polyphenol extracted from camphor tree leaves and ascorbic acid showed a trend of increase ability of scavenging free radicals.In the experiment of reducing power assay, it can be seen that with the increase of concentration, reduction capacity of three samples showed that a trend of increase, reduction ability of composite antioxidant and Vc is relatively stronger than polyphenol extracted from camphor tree leaves.3.Composite antioxidant as the core material of the spray drying microencapsulation technology, the optimized parameters for microcapsule production are as follows:choose ethyl cellulose and beta-cyclodextrin as composite wall, and the best proportion is1:4,emulsifier dose7%,core/wall ratio1:1.4.The result showed that the micro-capisulazed composite natural antioxidant had better antioxidant effect, and the antioxidant effect of adding0.04%micro-capisulazed compound on oil is better than adding0.02%and0.01%micro-capisulazed composite natural antioxidant and adding0.02%composite natural antioxidant. The peroxide value of the oil adding0.01%composite natural antioxidant rises the fastest. It has played a certain inhibition on the increase of peroxide in forage oil adding the same amount of TBHQ, ethoxy sinensis and micro-capisulazed composite natural antioxidant. The antioxidant effect of micro-capisulazed composite natural antioxidant was stronger than oxygen but weaker than TBHQ. The inhibition effect of micro-capisulazed composite natural antioxidant products for the increases of forage oil acid value was stronger than TBHQ but weaker than ethoxy sinensis.
