During seed germination and seedling stage, wheat is sensitive to water.In china, the major wheat producing areas are mainly distributed in arid, semi-arid areas.Drought can influence the growth and yield of wheat more seriously.The drought-resistant agents (acetyl salicylic acid) used in our experiment can effectively inhibit the evaporation of water to improve the drought-resistance ability of wheat.In this experiment, we used a new plants antitranspirant-"Han Li-Ting".It is produced by "Hunan Halobios Projiect LTD.",and the main component is30%ASA.In the experiment,through wheat seed dressing test and seedling foliar spray test, studied the influence of the drought-resistance agents on wheat seed germination and seedling growth under the condition of PEG-6000simulated drought and natural water deficit,we want to get the best seed dressing and foliar spray concentration. The results show that:(1):Seed dressing can reduce the harm of wheat seed germination caused by droughtUnder the same water condition,the related-drought indexs of wheat seed that were dressing by "Han-Li-ting" were higher than control;Through the comparation of seed germinration rate and plant height,can see the seed damage is reduced;The increase of the amount of radicle and taproot length can prove that seed dressing can enhence the ability to absorb moisture of wheat;The addition of coleoptile length can protect the germ,and promote the elongation of the germ;The effect to seed germination is various with different concentrations.When the concentrations are too high,even it may inhibit the wheat germination. The most appropriate seed dressing concentration is0.6%-0.9%.(2):Seed dressing can enhance the ability of drought-resistance of wheat seedlingThe wheat seed was dressed by"Han-Li-Ting",cultured two weeeks,then drought stress the wheat seedling.The result shows:The treat that was seed dressed by "Han-Li-ting",the RWC was significantly higher than the control,but the rate of water loss was lower,indicating that seed dressing can improve the retain moisture ability of wheat seedling;Can raise the content of chlorophyll; Can reduce the relative conductivity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content of wheat,indicating that the damage of seed dressing is lower than control;Under water deficit condition,the osmotic adjustment ability of wheat that were dressed was higher than control,the content of soluble sugar, soluble protein, proline content was higher than the control; The activity of the antioxidant enzyme system also significantly higher than that of the control,then the damage caused by superoxide anion was reduced; The best seed dressing concentration that can improve wheat seedling drought-resistance ability is0.6%.(3):Foliar spraying can enhance the ability of drought-resistance of wheat seedlingSpray different concentrations of "Han-Li-Ting"on wheat seedling these are under water deficit stress,the result shows:The moisture conten of the treat spraying"Han-Li-Ting"is higher than control:the RWC was significantly higher,the rate of water loss was lower;The content of Chlorophyll is higher than control and it is good for plant normal physiological metabolic activity to maintain the growth of plants;The content of MDA and Relative conductivity are lower,indicating that the plasma membrane of wheat seedlings get the protection, avoiding greater damage; Foliar application can enhance osmotic adjustment ability; The activity of SOD,POD,CAT also significantly higher than that of the control,then superoxide anion is removed effectivily, the oxidation is reduced and the wheat drought-resistance ability is enhanced;Dilute1000times is the best spraying concentration.
