Rice plastic film is a cost-effective, efficient water-saving new technology which rises inrecent years. Its emergence lines with the current situation of China’s water shortage, and it haswater-saving Soil Moisture. The research which combines plastic film with water-saving irrigationmode is rarely. Under the conditions of plastic film, different water-saving irrigation mode ofproduction traits and water-saving mechanism is unclear. This study was in Peace Qing’an CountyIrrigation Experiment Station rice field experiments, combining with field trials and measuredbarrel test and combines plastic film irrigation mode with flooding irrigation mode, intermittentirrigation mode, and control irrigation mode. This study put forward plastic film rice water-savingmode as well as technical measures on the biological traits of rice (including each growth period,plant height, tillers, dry weight, wet weight, etc.), underground soil temperature of different depth,water consumption and WUE and so on. By the experiences paper puts forward an effectivemethod of water saving which fit for the area.The results indicated that: combining rice plastic film technology and water-saving irrigationmode complete each other, is able to solve practical problems of water shortages in agriculturalproduction in Heilongjiang. Through the dynamic analysis of the different plastic film water-savingirrigation modes about its rice growth and development situation, we can see that water-savingplastic film can control moisture conditions for each growth period of rice suitably to improve soilmoisture conditions effectively and the environment for the growth of the rice, so as to have a goodpopulation structure and high output.Rice plastic film technology greatly improves rice tiller rate, under the conditions of plasticfilm, tiller rate differences of different water-saving irrigation modes reduce; in the barrelexperiments, the tiller peak under plastic film conditions lags. The plant height under the plasticfilm conditions is lower than the non-plastic film in the field environment; the barrel appears thecontrary, which shows that barrel is still able to provide sufficient nutrients, suitable temperature inlate rice growth. The plastic film can increase wet and dry weight of rice. Whatever plastic film ornon-plastic, growth trends of all rice fertility traits is consistent.Rice plastic film technology effectively reduce the exchange of the heat between theatmosphere and the ground, can effectively raise the ground temperature of the rice, in everytreatment, soil temperature are basically decreases with increasing depth; Rice plastic film warmingeffect is more pronounced in the shallow soil, with the increase of soil depth, the warming effectgradually weakened. Under the plastic film conditions, different irrigation modes do not change the trend of underground temperature, the ground temperature changes of different irrigation modes isconsistent.trend of underground temperature, the ground temperature changes of different irrigationmodes is consistent.Rice plastic film technology reduces surface evaporation, soil infiltration andrunoff, so it can reduce the amount of irrigation water, increases productivity significantly at thesame time, so that the yield can be improved. The plastic film makes the production efficiencydifference of the irrigation modes has been reduced. The highest water production efficiency isplastic film control irrigation mode, reaching2.55kg/m3, the lowest is flooding irrigation modewhich reaches0.96kg/m3.Under the conditions of plastic film, water requirement rule with different water-savingirrigation modes is: water demand in seedling stage is least, then gradually increased, in fertilitypeak reaches the max, in the late gradually reduce.By the production analysis and path analysis, we can see that, every panicle and grain weightare the main factors of increasing production, because plastic film conditions can improve everypanicle and grain weight of different irrigation modes, makes the rice yield of plastic film morethan that comparison.Under the actual conditions in2010, if we want more production, the best mode of the pursuitis plastic film flooding integration irrigation mode; if we consider yield and water efficiencycomplexly, you can choose the plastic film control irrigation integration mode.
