Potatoes are combined food grain and vegetable, using in industrial multipurpose crops. Inorder to meet the demand for fresh potato consumption and export,to fill short growth perioddefects In cropping region central plains,Earliness breeding new varieties of potato breeding moreand more important。The Potato products rate can be reflected in some extent to a matter of timeand tuber varieties and the the strength of prematurity, so early in the breeding potato yields andcommodity-based,In combination with other traits evaluated for clones,Will shorten the breedingprocess。In this study, breeding high-generation clones133and180parts asexual generationsegregating populations as materials,For high-generation clones sites in one place. Determinationof plant traits, yield traits and processing traits and conduct tuber period and tuber expansionsample to measure the situation Asexual generation groups on the main traits were measured, and conduct SSR markers, molecular markers for traits measured and the results were performedusing SPSS software and Ntsys Cluster analysis of some individuals. Mainly the followingconclusions:(1)The plant traits, yield and processing quality having a rich variation.(2)A very significant positive correlation between yield per plant and rate of marketable tuber, average tuber weight and rate of marketable tuber, plant height and rate of marketable tuber, Asignificant relationship between the number of tubers per plant and the rate of marketable tuber, specific weight and marketable tuber rate showed a significant negative correlation. The averagevalue of the of133clones traits of two years to do the partial correlation analysis, the relationshipbetween each trait and correlation analysis is simple.(3)In2011, sample to measure the133clones and three control varieties in tuber expansionperiod (70days after sowing) days and the harvest period (120days after sowing),measuring therate of marketable tuber,43of these clones in two periods the rate of marketable tuber (harvest-tuber expansion period) greater than the control varieties Zaodabai. showing those clonesenlargement faster than Zaodabai.(4)A4, A100, A122, A55, A79, A92, A30, A32, A37, A17, A88, A98, A18,A84and A34in the yield per plant, marketable tuber rate, the number of tubers per plant, weight of tubers per plant and the rate of marketable tuber excellent overall performance, can beused as a precocious clonal material saved for further research.(5)The yield per plant rate of marketable tuber sowing to emergence, number of days, emergence to squaring days, squaring to flowering days, plant height and number of main stemof the asexual generation groups were made into the frequency distribution, in addition to thenumber of main stem.(6)Cluster analysis based on agronomic traits, all observations materials in accordance with thedistance and the clustering were divided into four categories; cluster analysis based on SSRmarkers, the similarity coefficient0.635for the test materials were clustered into six categories. But two kinds of cluster analysis, there are still some gaps, such as the height difference islarge, but in the reproductive period and potato products on the difference in rates is relativelysmall, it can be that the combination of a certain significance.
