China’s forestry is the basic industry of the national economy, which responsible for the important mission of the ecological environment construction and the sustainable development of society. Human beings are the main beneficiaries in the forestry industry, and people play respective role when the forestry industrial structure shapes. In recent years, the development of forestry information, which promotes the sharing of the forestry information resources and provides the public with convenience at the same time, it promotes the development of forestry industry. However, it’s necessary to develop the forestry information, at the same time, it is necessary for the implementation of forestry information quick search and integration to make better use of the forestry information resources and serve the majority of China’s forestry sciences researchers, teaching workers and foresters.How to search the user needed information quickly from the mass information, has become the main problems when the public search information on specific areas. Forestry information of the Internet has become more and more complex and disordered, so ordinary search engine can’t meet the public demand for personalized information. During the query of the forestry topic information, general search engines need to spend much time and effort to find the information they need, and the topic information’s recall and precision rate are quite low. It can’t meet the needs of users. So the public need a forestry theme search engine which is accurate, comprehensive and timely.This thesis come from the science and technology project in Hunan Province (2010nk2004) chaired by the tutor. Under the careful guidance of my tutor, I takes system science, forestry, informatics and statistical theory as a guide, I have done a comprehensive study on the search and integration of forestry dynamic information. During my study, I have summarized the search and integration of domestic and foreign forestry dynamic information. The main research work are the requirements analysis and classification on forestry dynamic information, theme reptiles Finder and text recognition classifier, as follows: (1) It is important and necessary to establish a forestry theme search engine by a comprehensive analysis for both theoretical and practical results of the search engines at home and abroad. And study deeply on the key technologies of the search engines. In this study, the forestry theme search engine is divided into three levels of data collection layer, data storage layer and the data presentation layer, and the three levels involved were discussed and summarized.(2) The paper through the information published on the web, as well as the various departments and the public demand for forestry dynamic information, clear of the various departments and the public truly meaningful categories of information, and classifies the forestry dynamic information to make various forestry dynamic information concrete, and divided into the following seven categories:forestry science and technology information, forestry production, forest products market supply and demand information, flowers, forestry policies and regulations, forestry labor information, weather and environmental information. Then classify the collected sites based on these categories.(3) According to the dynamic information categories of system on forestry to collect data associated with the forestry professional website, clear the site sources of information collection. Collecting the domain name of the data we need and identify categories of sites, to achieve the purpose of the collection and classification on the forestry dynamic information source.(4) The use of a new type of search strategy by combined with content analysis and link structure analysis, which judges the theme relevance of the candidate URL points to the page through comprehensive analysis and evaluation, as well as to sort the candidate URL, to achieve optimal forestry reptile theme, so that the download page associated with forest theme and highlight the importance of diminishing order.(5) Use the SVM automatic text classification technology of computer intelligence, and use the sample data to train the machine. It classifies and saves forestry dynamic information searched by the reptile theme finder. It reaches the purpose that optimizes the data collection layer of forestry topic search engine.The search and integration of forestry dynamic information is based on studying and optimizing the existing search and integration technology, it combines with the public demand for forestry dynamic information, and it has been significantly improved on the forestry dynamic information’s accuracy, comprehensive and success rates. With the rapid development of science and technology, new theories, new methods and new technologies will be further applied to forestry the dynamic information quickly search and integration, forestry information management and service to get a new level.
