Research And Development Of Business Intelligence System For Forestry Enterprises

State-owned forestry bureau is not only the main entity of Ecological Civilization,but also responsible for the construction of basic industries.Under the background of promoting Ecological Civilization and Forestry Modernization,it is urgent to upgrade information construction of the state-owned forestry bureau.But there are still many difficulties in it,such as information islands and absence of advanced information systems.New technologies are urgently needed to promote the informatization construction.Technologies such as cloud computing and business intelligence have provided new solutions.Building a forestry enterprise business intelligence system can effectively solve the difficulties and challenges.Under the theoretical guidance of software engineering,forestry enterprise management and forest sustainable management,as well as technical support of cloud computing,business intelligence and ETL tools,the methods of literature research,field research and case analysis are adopted,and Linkou forestry bureau Co.,Ltd of Heilongjiang province is taken as a case to systematically study the business intelligence system of forestry enterprises,with a view to throwing the bricks and jade in related research in the future.This paper is based on the main lines of requirements analysis,system design,system implementation and applied analysis.Requirements analysis includes business requirements,functional requirements,data requirements and performance requirements.System design section completes the selection of business intelligence platform and the design of four-tier architecture,three major functions,double-layer database model and ETL process.Then an open source business intelligence platform Pentaho is used to develop a forestry enterprise business intelligence system based on B/S architecture.Finally,the management values of BI system are elaborated based on the actual situation of the case enterprise.Currently,the business intelligence system runs in the cloud environment and provides services for end users in the form of Saa S cloud computing.The research shows that:(1)Business intelligence solution can upgrade the informatization construction of forestry enterprises and effectively solve the difficulties in its informatization construction.(2)The application of forestry enterprise business intelligence systems can significantly improve the business insight ability,risk monitoring ability,comprehensive perception ability and scientific decision-making ability of Linkou forestry bureau Co.,Ltd.
