In this study by simulating method,I put the soil that plant annual Macropanax rosthornii as the test material,and used KMnO4titrimetry,Indophenol blue colorimetry, G.Hoffmann method and3,5-dinitro salicylic acid colorimetry to determine the effect of different concentrations of new oxygen fertilizer on soil catalase,urease,acid phosphatase and invertase in the case of flooding stress.The test provides a theoretical basis for oxygen fertilizer application in the flood disaster.The results are as follows:1. During the vigorous growth period of Macropanax rosthornii,soil catalase, soil urease,soil acid phosphatase and soil invertase activities increased gradually along with the time,but the rising amplitude was relatively small.When water saturated soil,soil catalase,soil urease,soil acid phosphatase and soil invertase activities were higher than soil enzyme activities in normal water content,comparing with the other two kinds of soil enzyme,soil urease and invertase activities rose obviously.Along with the time,the activities of soil catalase,soil urease,soil acid phosphatase and soil invertase reduced significantly under water stress,and on the first ten days or so,Macropanax rosthornii death.2. New oxygen fertilizer had obvious activation function on the activities of soil catalase,soil urease,soil acid phosphatase and soil invertase under water stress.Certain concentration of new oxygen could keep soil enzyme activity in the normal level under water stress and make Macropanax rosthornii grow normally.On the15d,the quantity of oxygen that new fertilizer released reached maximum value,the optimum concentration of oxygen fertilizer was5g/kg,namely When the concentration of new oxygen fertilizer was5g/kg,Macropanax rosthornii could grow regularly.3. During the40d measurement process,firstly new oxygen fertilizer of different concentrations on soil catalase,soil urease,soil acid phosphatase and soil invertase activation function under water stress increased gradually with the growth of the time,after activation function reached the maximum,it began to decline,but on the40d,oxygen fertilizer on soil enzyme activation still maintained at a high level. And soil sample5,soil sample6,soil sample7and soil sample8that were applied new oxygen fertilizer could be normal growth.4. Through the fitting equation between the concentrations of new oxygen fertilizer and the activities of soil catalase,soil urease,soil acid phosphatase and soil invertase, they have significant positive correlation,namely within the scope of the concentration of new oxygen fertilizer,new oxygen fertilizer can significantly enhance the four kinds of soil enzyme activities.5. During the test,the effect of the unit concentration of new oxygen fertilizer on the activities of soil catalase,soil urease,soil acid phosphatase and soil invertase showed no regularity of the change with different role time.6. In the course of the experiment,new oxygen fertilizer on4kinds of soil enzyme activities was as follows:urease catalase>catalase> invertase>acid phosphatase.7. New oxygen fertilizer has activation effect on soil enzyme activity,and increases the diversity of soil bacteria and fungi.Activities of soil catalase,urease,acid phosphatase and invertase and the diversity of soil bacterial and fungal are positively related,it also show that soil enzyme has a close relationship with the soil microorganism.
