Amino Acid Pattern Requirements Of5-10Weeks Sichuan White Geese

Two expeiment were researched in my paper.First,the different diary lysine, tryptophan,threonine effect growth performance and metabolism of Sichuan white geese from0to4weeks of age Then, using the analysis method to study amino acid requirements mode of Sichuan white geese from5to10weeks of age.In experiment l,three hundred and thirty four1-day-old Sichuan white geese were allotted randomly to9treatments each in6replicates of6birds per pen,using9treatments and3factors orthogonal experimental design L9(34). The results showed that:only Thr of the three amino acids affects growth performance significantly (P<0.05), the biggest daily gain and the minimum feed/gain are at0.77%of Thr level;Lys and Trp have no significant effect on the daily gain,feed/gain(P>0.05),but the biggest daily gain and the minimum feed/gain are at1.15%of Lys and0.22%of Trp;additionally,three amino acids have no significant effect on serum biochemical parameters(P>0.05),the concentration of BUN,UA are lower when Lys,Thr,Trp are1.15%,0.77%,0.22%,respectively.Interaction of this three amino acids has significant on the daily gain,daily feed intake and serum biochemical parameters(P<0.05),the best combination of Lys,Thr,Trp are1.15%,0.57%,0.22%,respectively.Therefore,the appropriate dietary level of Lys,Thr,Trp inO-4weeks Sichuan white geese are1.15%,0.67%-0.77%,0.22%,respectively.In experiment2,using the analysis method to study amino acid requirements mode of Sichuan white geese from5to10weeks of age.Fifty28-day-old Sichuan white geese were randomly divide into five groups. And they were fed corn-soybean meal basal diet. The results showed that:the difference between Sichuan white geese of different age of carcass and feathers amino acid composition was not significant(P>0.05),the amino acid requirements of Sichuan white geese for growth from5to10weeks of age were(mg/d):Lys517.9, Met227.2,Thr373.6, Leu557.1,Iso344.4,Arg497.5,Val538.1; the amino acid compositions (the percentage of CP%)of adult Sichuan white geese for maintain were:Lys3.68%,Met1.42%,Thr3.88%, Leu4.94%, Iso3.20%,Arg 4.43%,Val5.75%;the total amino acid requirements of Sichuan white geese from5to10weeks of age were(mg/d):Lys1374.4,Met698.5,Thr753.2,Tyr510.5,Leu1054.0, Iso663.6,Arg942.7,Val1097.4;the total amino acid requirements(the percentage of the feed%)of Sichuan white geese from5to10weeks of age were:Lys0.75%,Met0.32%, Thr0.38%, Leu0.53%, Iso0.33%, Arg0.47%,Val0.55%.
