Comparison Analysis Of Geese Egg Quality And Hatching Effect Between Different Species

Objective: This study aims to explore the relationship between the characteristicsand the effect of hatching machines and to improve selectin hatch rates provide thescientific basis through the comparative analysis of the different varieties of specificityand the effect of hatching machines.Methods: In the same feeding and management conditions, the conditions ofdifferent size based on some pieces of Zhedong white geese (43week of age), Sichuanwhite geese (54week of age), Huoyan geese (44week of age) to determine the eggweight and egg-shaped index, and then based on the data from the three varieties ofgoose egg weight and protein egg-shaped indexes, the eggs from the3species weredivided into4interval, then take the variable temperature hatch; Zhedong white geese(58week of age), Sichuan white geese (69week of age), Huoyan geese (59week ofage), within the same variety egg weight and egg-shaped similar kind egg each choose180pieces, three varieties of protein will respectively Numbers, and each species ofprotein randomly divided into four repeat, and then take variable temperature hatch;Randomly selected50eggs from every species of Zhedong white geese (73week ofage), Sichuan white geese (84week of age), Huoyan geese (74week of age) and todetermine their physical and chemical properties index.Results: The main results of this study are as follows:(1) egg weights for Zhedong,Sichuan and Huoyan geese respectively in140~150g,135~155g and121~130g have the best hatch effect; And three varieties of protein egg-shaped index is respectively1.40~1.60,1.40~1.60and1.43~1.49with the best effect.(2) there was significant difference in egg weight and chick weight among threevarieties, and Sichuan white geese has the highest egg weight and chick weight; Andthe Zhedong white geese has the highest hatch rate, and significantly higher thanHuoyan geese (P <0.05); Other index has no significant difference (P≥0.05).(3) Zhedong white geese’s egg weight, eggshell strength, eggshell thickness, protein height, hough unit, yolk colour, protein weight, and the proportion of protein,egg weight index are higher than the Sichuan white geese (P<0.05or P<0.01); Huoyangeese eggshell color, index, the egg-shaped egg yolk scale, crude fat content werehigher than Zhedong white geese and Sichuan white geese (P<0.05or P<0.01); AndHuoyan geese has the highest parameters of egg shape, egg colour, yolk ratio, crudeprotein and crud fat, and in the most parameters of Sichuan white geese are betweenZhedong white geese and Huoyan geese.Conclusion: This study of the main conclusions are as follows:(1) Different egg weight of Zhedong white goose had significant impact onhatching effect (P<0.01or P<0.05), and egg shape index affected the hatching ratesignificantly (P<0.01or P<0.05), but no significant effect on the rate of fertilized eggs(P≥0.05); The different egg weight of Sichuan white geese has significant effect onhatching effect(P<0.01or P<0.05). Meanwhile,though the different egg-shaped indexhas significant effect on hatching effect,it did not influence the health chickrate(P≥0.05);For Huoyan geese, egg weight on hatching effect is statisticallysignificant (P<0.05), but egg-shaped index is no significant influence on the fertilityrate (P≥0.05).(2) there were no significant relationship between different varieties of goose eggweight and egg-shaped index and fertility rate, but to hatchability and egg weight onthe influence of the birth weight also is obvious. The results show that in the threespecies, Zhedong white geese is the best egg hatch, second is Sichuan white geese,finally is Huoyan geese.(3) In the three varieties, to the east of the largest majority Zhedong white geesedown selectin index, Zhedong white geese value higher; But the Huoyan geese eggyolk of proportion of the largest, and the highest fat content, the greater the generalegg yolk nutritional value is higher; Sichuan white geese most of the nutrition index allZhedong white geese between Huoyan geese.
