Study on the chemical constituents from the exocarp of Carya Cathayensis Sarg. Analysis on the content of active component and biological activity of different regional.Main research contents in this paper are as foloows:NO.1. Study on chemical constituents from the exocarp of Carya Cathayensis Sarg.Study on the chemical constituents from ligroin regional、acetic regional and n-butanol regional. Their strtuctures were elucidated by means of techniques. 14 compounds were obtained and listed as the flowing:Pinostrobin,β-sitosterol,β-sitosterol-3-O-β-glucoside, cinnamic acid, 4-hydroxy-β-D- glucoside, chlorogenic acid,3,5-dihydroxy-4-methoxy benzyl-β-D- glucoside, chrysophanol, 2,4- ethoxy benzene, vanillin, Juglone,ρ-cinnamic acid methylester,ρ-cinnamic acid ethylester, caffeic acid.NO.2. Study on volatile oil from the exocarp of Carya Cathayensis Sarg. The chemical constituents was extracted from the exocarp of Carya Cathayensis Sarg. by SPME. The components of chemical constituents of the volatile oil separated and identified by GC-MS. The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization. Sixty-five kinds of componentswere separated. Among them, fifty-five componentswere identified, accounting about 95.5% of the total chemical constituents.NO.3. the content comparison of Juglone and Pinostrobin in different partThe content of Juglone and Pinostrobin were assaide by HPLC. The result is the content of Juglone in exocarp is highest. The content of Pinostrobin in leave is highest. In the same part, the content of Juglone is higher than Pinostrobin.NO.4. Study on the biological activityAntioxidant substances were extracted from ectocarp、leaf、bark in cathay hickory and different elution part in the exocarp of Carya Cathayensis Sary. Their antioxidant activities were determined by using DPPH radical scavenging method IC50 values of DPPH radical scavenging were determined under length of 517nm and reaction time of 40min. The results showed: The different elution domain has apparent cleaning action to DPPH free radicals. The ability of cleaning action to DPPH is stronger along with the addition to raise and the clearance have dose-effect relationship. The n-butanol regional have a stronger depressant effect to three strain. The ligroin regional have a stronger depressant effect to staphylococcus aureus and bacillus subtilis. The acetic regional have strongest depressant effect to staphylococcus aureus.
