The vitellin is the endogenous nutrition for shrimp of prawn, from zygote to nauplius, allthe nutrition is supplied by vitellin. A wide study has been carried out, mainly on purificationand identification, protein synthetic and control process, and the process of incept andtransformation of vitellin by oocyte. The Litopenaeus vanamei is another importantaquaculture species after Fenneropenaeus chinensis. In this paper the Fenneropenaeus chinensis’s content of vitellin, the cDNA ofVitellogenin in Litopenaeus vanamei and Fenneropenaeus chinensis was taken as basicconsideration. The theoretical expression and the real expression of vitellion was compared. The result showed that the content of L-valine in vitellion is higher than that in shrimp flake. The ratial of L-valine in vitellion was taken as standard, the result showed that we need add13.2-17.9g/(Kg of flake) L-valine if we want to increase the level of L-valine to that invitellion,On account of water-solubility and un-synchronization absorb, The L-valine wasencapsuled. By optimized technics, The Val-GMS that possess the following character: buffgranule, 30um-60um, well-distributed, with good dispersibility, little conglutinated. Theoptimized technics takes on good reproducibility. The capsule rate is 72.2%.After breeding experiment with Litopenaeus vanamei, the control group adding L-valineshow good activity. The curve of the change of body length showed that the shrimp bodylength has no obvious difference. The weight gain showed that the control group is better thanexperiment group, but with no obvious difference by one way ANVOA. The column chart ofsurvival rate showed that the experiment group which added 1.5% L-valine takes on thehighest survival rate, improving 5.04 centigrade, it is of obvious difference comparing to thecontrol group, so the result showed that add 1.5% L-valine to the shrimp flake is effective forthe shrimps survival.
