According to the speed of the current outbreak of AIDS in China, which is more than 30% per year growth rate,in 2011 mostly will reach 10 million, which may direct cause economic loss through reduction of the total GDP by 16 billion. By 2011, this figure will be more than 3.7 trillion RMB. It shows the threat on China’s current economic and social by AIDS, especially in the currency of building a socialist harmonious society in China, so how to effectively prevent and control AIDS reaching even more profound and lasting significance.
