Seventeen marine pyrrole alkaloids were synthesised by prrole intermediates and the common ntrogen compounds as hydrazine, amino urea, benzene, etc. And the prrole intermediates as prrole aldehyde, prrole aldehyde were synthesised by the ethyl allylacetoacetate. The structure of the snthetic compounds was determined by the experimental means as TLC,’HNMR, IR and the mrphological character was characterized by the microscope and the melting point meter. Then do antimicrobial activity test of them. The results showed that:diethyl 5-((hydroxyimino) methyl)-3-methyl-1H-pyrrole-2,4-dicarb--oxylate had the best activity than the others. The diameter of antibacterial circle of vibrio alginolyticus was 8 mm and vibrio parahaemolyticus was 12 mm when the diameters of antibacterial circle of other compounds were about 7 to 8 mm. The mian cotent of this paper as follows:In ChapterⅠ, The objectives and basis of this topic research were put forward and a series of snthetic routes of our target product were designed when we was described the development situation of the marine pyrrole alkaloids as reported in the literature.In ChapteⅡ, The intermediates compounds as prrole aldehyde, prrole aldehyde and prrole alcohol were synthesised by diethyl 5-formyl-3-methyl-1H-prrole-2,4-dicarboxylate which was synthesised by ethyl allylacetoacetate. Then researched and discussed the properties and synthesis conditions of them.In ChapterⅢ, Eight pyrrole derivatives were synthesized by diethyl 5-formyl-3-methyl-H-pyrrole-2,4-dicarboxylate and the nitrogen compounds as hydrazine, amino urea, benzene hydrazine, etc. Then researched and discussed the properties and synthesis conditions of them.In ChapteⅣ, Nine pyrrole derivatives were synthesis by 3,5-bis(ethoxycarbonyl)-4-me--thyl-1H-pyrrole-2-carboxylic acid and nitrogen compounds as hydrazine, amino urea, etc. Then researched and discussed the properties and synthesis conditions of them.In ChapterⅤ. The antibacterial activities of seventeen synthetic pyrrole derivatives have be texted by vibrio alginolyticus and vibrio parahaemolyticus. And the experimental results show that the diameters of antibacterial circle of all synthetic pyrrole derivatives were about 7 to 8 mm.In ChapterⅥ, Summed up the main work, research significance and prospect of the research study.
