| Objective To find the treatment channels of obsolete scaphoid fracture by studying oftreatment obsolete scaphoid fractures with first metacarpal graft and provide a reliablemethod to the treatment of obslete scaphoid fracture.Methods60cases from2009.03-2010.03were Randomly divided into2groups.31cases were treated by the first metacarpal as the study group and29cases(treated by1,2-ICSRA radial styloid graft) as the control group, the healing time, restorewrist function score, surgery approach to the scaphoid bone destruction of the blood supplywere compared.Results1. there is no significant difference of Two treatmentmethods in fracture healing time. Study group is11.448±0.632weeks on average. Andthe control group was11.419±0.720weeks2. functional recovery was no significantdifference. Reference Krimmer wrist score table function scores (table), excellent (>80points) in21cases, good (66to80minutes) in8cases, satisfactory (50to65minutes) in2cases, the fine rate of study group was93.5%, control group was96.6%.3. dorsal approachto the transport boat genetically heavier damage, but does not affect the navicular bonehealing.Conclusions The surgical method for the treatment of the same obslete scaphoidfracture desirable method. It complys with the principles that tissue transplantation should beproximity and pedicle. And has the following advantages (1) reliable blood supply, anon-trunk artery, without sacrificing the main vessel. Rich blood supply, shorter fracturehealing.(2) this bone graft contains the periosteum, cortical bone and cancellous bone.Periosteal bone function with itself, cortical bone has a certain strength, placed within playsfixation function, cancellous bone plays a role in osteoinduction.(3) Easy to operate: in thesame incision the bone cutting, bone grafting can be done.
