| The regional health planning involves the application of the concept of resourcesallocation to the allocation of human resources, material resources and financialresources in the health system.On the basis of meeting the regional hygenic needs,thegoal is to achieve the dynamic balance of material resources and financial resources toachieve the optimal allocation of health resources.Based on the theories of resources allocation and equilibrium of supply and demand,this paper analyzes the current situation of health resources allocation in Fuzhou cityand the bottleneck in its development.This paper then establishes the principles forallocation of health resources and puts forward the proposals and countermeasures so asto provide references for regional health planning.This paper focuses on the above topics and includes nine chapters.
